But one needn't invoke a conspiracy to explain it any more than one needs to invoke a conspiracy to explain why so many of our Generals graduated from Westpoint.

I'm not so sure that is a very good analogy. There are thousands of colleges and universities in the USA that produce quality graduates, yet the Ivy League seems to win out on POTUS' over the past 70 years or so regularly. So much so, given the mess we are in it should be an immediate disqualification for office if you hold a degree from an Ivy League school. The Army only runs one actual, full curriculum college, that being West Point. You can make to to field grade officer status through ROTC, but you'll have a much easier row to hoe if you are a 'pointer. The same is true with the Navy and Air Force.

Similarly, as is the case with all good analogy, if one went to Harvard and/or Yale and was a member of those societies such as the “skull and bones” and ‘summered in the Hamptons’ with the high muckity mucks, you also have an easier row to hoe.

No need to invoke conspiracy. It isn't a conspiracy when it is openly discussed. These types of societies are not ashamed to admit that their purpose is to make things easier for their members in terms of social, economic or political advancement.

Sometimes the best place to hide is in plain view.

The things that brought us to where we are now politically and financially aren't by chance. It's been well orchestrated over the past 100 years or so. For example, the systematic dumbing down of the population has been very well documented in several books, including The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America by Charlotte Thompson Iserbyt. I think it's available now on the net for free. Read it. It's a real eye opener. Similarly, the so-called "uptick rule" was relaxed 15 months before the last election and that allowed the market to be shorted into oblivion. This was clearly done to foster chaos in the markets and make them unstable. There is no other explanation for the removal of the uptick rule. The uptick rule had been in place since 1938 and had worked well to help stabilize the market. There are more examples that I can possible cite here, but these are two good examples.

There is nothing hidden because there is nothing to hide.

Yale and Harvard grads are an incestuous little group that has a majority grip on the reigns of power, not through anything nefarious, or anything secret; just that they think they are ‘the best’, and anybody who graduated from the same schools as them is similarly ‘the best’. Once this sort of thing gets started it tends to self-perpetuate.

No need to invoke a conspiracy. It isn't secret, there is no need to keep it secret. It isn't a conspiracy, it is called “networking”.

So does the Kiwanis club and the Chamber of Commerce, but they aren't actively teaching and promoting Marxism to their members. The Ivy League schools are teaching the superiority of Marxism, as are a lot of other "higher learning" institutions in this country. I am amazed every time I return to my Alma Mater, Georgia Tech, and how Leftist it has become since I was a grad student there in the mid 80's. I'm equally amazed at how Marxism is being taught in gubmint skools, too. There's even a move afoot now to not teach US history prior to the War of Northern Aggression. How in the world can one be a good citizen of the USA when they don't understand or have any foundation in regard to the sacrifices the founders made to establish this great nation?

There is nothing hidden because there is nothing to hide.

No, there is no reason to hide the Marxism anymore when you have over half the population willing to follow the Marxists and insure their own slavery. Why waste time and effort on hiding something when it is no longer necessary to achieve your goals?

So you think George W. Bush becoming President was a Communist conspiracy by the Yale “skull and bones” society?

OK then. An unlikely group of Communists, they being leaders of commerce and industry and whatnot, the first to be lined up against the wall and have their property confiscated by ‘the revolution’, but whatever; not like there are not self-hating white guilt liberal children of privilege who embrace Communism (Bill Ayers) and went Ivy League - but I doubt that the majority of Yale “bonesmen” are actually committed communists, let alone that they are some sort of communist conspiracy.

The days of Noe (Noah) and the flood that followed was not because of sodomy. Start reading in Genesis 6 to find out who was getting married. Children are never conceived out of homosexual relationships. I am not ignoring Sodom and Gomorrah, because we have Lot’s wife thrown into the Christian instruction. The WHO of the and the length of ‘time’ are why we are told what will be again.

Marxist, not Communist. There is a difference.

Marx invented Communism. There is no difference. Liberals try to differentiate the different “flavors” of Communism (”Stalinist” “Trotskyist” “Maoist”, etc) but they are all the same thing.

There is no conspiracy, and Yale's “skull and bones” society make for a rather unlikely group of Marxists/Communists.

Are you also a 9-11 truther? A birther? A truther birther who sees a conspiracy behind every bush, or every Bush?

Marx invented Communism.

Some fundamentals of Communism are Maxist, but Communism as we know it was more of a product of Lenin, Stalin, and Mao. Marxism is about control. Communism is about control. However, the methods used are quite different if you take the time to look at it. Communists, as we know them, use brute force to achieve their goals. Examples, Mao, Pol Pot, Castro, Chavez, Stalin, Lenin, Hitler. Marxism uses various other methods to control the population like control of the currency (Wilson and the Federal Reserve, FDR taking us off the gold standard), control of the schools (Carter and the Department of (re)Education, Federal control of the curriculum, control of the teachers through the NEA, Bush II and No Child Left Behind, etc), control of access to health care (LBJ and Medicare, Medicaid, Bush II with Medicare Part D, S-CHIP and Obama's current health care folly), control of the press (MSNBC, See-BS, CNN, NYT, Washington ComPost, et al, most of whom are Ivy League grads) and the list goes on and on. It's all rooted in Marxism. The difference is we have industrial Marxists rather than petty, brute force dictators pulling the strings. Interestingly, President Eisenhower, a West Point grad, warned us about this in 1959 shortly before he left office. It's the robber barons of the 19th and early 20th century, except this time they aren't fighting the gubmint, they are the gubmint. Think about it. It's not an accident. None of this would be true if our gubmint would have stuck to the Constitution for the past 100 years or so. If they had there wouldn't be any lobbyists because there wouldn't be anything to lobby for.

Nothing to lobby for?

Preposterous.

There will always be disparate interest who will seek to influence legislation.

The right to “lobby” is spelled out directly in our Constitution.

Just do a nexus search on the term you’ll find all of them using it from the British to the Euros to the US to the third world.

They admit to things that you’d have been called crazy to believe just a few years ago.

Interesting. I just looked up stuff on it

Its amazing, its outright, in your face, we're siding with the devil. I'm not refering to the stars (though there is that). We have people, that if it weren't the Bible, would never have heard of Babel or Babylon, and yet they are choosing to take man back to that idea, and try to accomplish, what god destroyed.

Its as if they've read Daniel and Revelation, and are conciously choosing to be against God.

Nothing to lobby for? Preposterous.

On the Federal level, if Congress and the POTUS would stick to the strict bounds of the Constitution there really would be nothing of any merit to lobby for on the Federal level, certainly none of the things that are bringing this nation down right now. Except for the items contained in Article 1, Section 8, everything else would be left to the States.....as it should be so they can be watched closely. This was precisely the intent of the Founders. Read the Federalist Papers for details.....
