Irreconcilable Differences

Given that so many Americans oppose this bill, so many have been so vocal about opposing it, and that it has been made clear to Congress and the President just what will happen if this monstrosity is forced upon us, one thing becomes very very clear. They can hear us. They just don’t care. And that bodes ill for us all.

Most people will not know it happened. Like most cowards, Pelosi and Obama will sign this thing into law at about 2 am on a Friday or Saturday night when nobody is watching. People will be all upset and calm down for about a week. Then, when they see the money coming out of their payroll checks and the self employed who do not pay into the system are electronically debited the amount the government sees fit....that is when we will have our revolution.

History always repeats itself. This one will not be solved with people at the ballot box in November. The military will not be able to stop this one.

“They can hear us. They just don’t care. “

Congress along with their hard core supporters(MSM) absolutely believe that the American people are not smart enough to understand the complexities of life and therefore should be TOLD what to do for their own good, in order to ensure ‘the general welfare’ of this nation.

I hear this statement from the left—daily.

Amen. We had all start to apply for or renew our passports. Because the good care or operations we can get now will simply become unavailable here. Really sad. I’d like to think that there will be so much in the way of PO’d voters that we can vote in a majority that can repeal this. I kinda wonder about that because the last time this happened (Hillarycare) they didn’t vot it in, just tried to. Maybe the numbers if they DO might be hugely different. Just saying

yep. The liberals are so condescending in their belief that they are smarter than everybody else, more compassionate, yadda yadda yadda. And that they know what’s best. They truly believe that people will like the bill when it passes because people just don’t know what’s good for them.

It never occurs to good liberals that the people have seen what’s in the bill, and they reject it. To the liberals, any rejection means that people aren’t smart enough to understand how wonderful healthcare “reform” is. They can’t get their minds around the concept that critical masses of Americans have studied these proposals, and want their congressmen to vote “no”.

I guess it comes down to November. If dims are completely shredded, will they change their attitudes? The inertia of the system will prevent immediate repeal unless they begin to fear the voters. Will enough voters punish the dims severely enough to turn them.

If the Democrats are going to force into law a bill that is so unpopular with the public, what will they enact next?

keyword: force

There should be no more next. There should be no more Democrats.

When in the course of human events,...

One of the guys I went to high school with, well he graduated a year ahead of me, lives in the Virgin Islands where he told me that territory will be exempt from Obamacare and he told me that if it passes, there will be a medical tourism boom there.
