Democrats Now Own Health Care: Blame EVERY Rate Increase Or Reduction In Benefits On THEM
Start Thinking Right ^ | March 24, 2010 | Michael Eden

Posted on 03/24/2010 4:24:34 PM PDT by Michael Eden

Remember Anthem Blue Cross, and how Obama and Democrats blasted away at them for their rate increases? Remember how they used that issue as the immpetus to impose their health care solution? From CBS:

The Obama administration is asking why Anthem Blue Cross is raising its health insurance rates by nearly 40 percent for some California customers while making handsome profits -- and is pointing to the rate hike as evidence of why health care reform needs to pass.
Okay. Barry Hussein got his ObamaCare passed. So if there are any other rate increases from any other insurance companies, who should we blame now?

Blame Obama and blame the Democrats. They wanted health care. Now it's all theirs.

Democrats demonized and demagogued their way to owning health care. Well, now they own it. So let the demonization and demagoguery fall entirely upon their heads from this day forward.

If your rates go up by as much as one penny, or if your benefits are reduced in any way, shape, or form from now on, you have one scapegoat: Democrats. Make sure they wear it around their necks.

Cry out loud. Scream about it. Call the news. Blog about it. You opened your mail, and Barack Obama caused your premiums to go up. Make sure everybody hears that Obama promised to fix your health care, and now it's more expensive.

An unending crescendo of constant blame on ObamaCare and rising costs from any health care insurance provider from anywhere in the country would be music to my ears.

The era of blame Bush is over. The era of blame Obama begins today.

Make Obama and Democrats start wearing health care albatross.

That's a double edged sword.

Consider this scenario: Lawsuits are filed to repeal Obamacare or key parts of it. It goes to the Supreme Court and we get a favorable 5 to 4 decision. Fairly on not, both of those actions will be credited to the Republicans. At that point the albatross slips off of the shoulders of Obama and lands directly on the Republicans.

That's life. That's politics. But it will be worth it. So I agree, let's pile it on them while we can.

Mark Levin was advocating the same thing Monday night. We must use the same tactics they do to beat this thing back.

First up: We were promised over and over by Obama that our premiums would go down by $2,500 per year. Next year, when your premiums go up, complain *LOUDLY* to every family member, coworker, acquaintance, stranger; write letters to the editor, letters to your Congressman; call into every talk show, Liberal or Conservative, that you have time for.

Tea Party rallies to protest premium increases would be good too.

The Supreme Court is going to be 5-4. The swing vote will likely be Anthony Kennedy.

It always kind of sucks to have to depend on a waffler for your verdict, but that’s what it is.

Hopefully Obama’s demonizing SCOTUS will come back to bite his butt.

What gives me hope is that even if the court challenge fails because the spinning wheel in Kennedy’s brain came up “liberal” this time, we still have the ability to take over the House and refuse to fund the bill.

My area doesn’t get Mark Levin. Wish it did. I loved his books “Men in Black” and “Liberty And Tyranny.”

We need to keep ObamaCare unpopular, and on the defensive. They passed this monstrosity; now every single day, we need to be yelling “Where’s the beef?” And of course if anything negative happens, we need to pin it on Obama and the Democrats.

And, as you point out, it will be a coin flip for Kennedy. A true wild card. If Kennedy actually has PRINCIPLES that guide him they have escaped my attention.

That's the most important point of all. The fascists, formerly the Democratic Party, will be doing their level-best to play pass-the-blame and will try to pin every single consequence of Obamacare on somebody other than themselves - that we cannot allow to happen - like obstinate little puppies who refuse to be house-trained, we must conspicuously rub their foul little noses in each and every rate increase, loss of quality of care, and loss of freedom on the effing little fascists who are so effing clueless they think they've just released the Civil Rights Act II instead of the world's biggest piece of soon-to-be-coprolite.

Thanks for supplying that for any who don’t know.

I use a laptop, and the volume isn’t loud enough to want to listen that way.

I’ve got axillary speakers, but I’ve got to REALLY want to listen to something to drag them out.

What I usually do is listen to particularly significant clips that someone has picked out.

I never ceased to be amazed by liberals/progressives.

I remember when a reporter claimed that someone made a death threat against Obama at a Sarah Palin rally during the campaign. The Secret Service (which takes such things seriously) checked it out. No such threat had been made. It was a lie.
http://startthinkingright.wordpress.com/2008/10/16/biased-media-caught-lying-about-republican-rally-hatred/

I remember when a Colorado Democrat’s office was vandalized. Conservatives were demonized, until it came out that it had been a LIBERAL ACTIVISTS who had done the vandalism.
http://startthinkingright.wordpress.com/2009/08/27/democrats-pseudo-demonization-again-on-display/

During the campaign in 2008 John Lewis offered hard core race baiting accusing McCain of being tantamount to 1960s segregationist Alabama Governor George Wallace. It was racist bomb-throwing.
http://startthinkingright.wordpress.com/2008/10/13/john-lewis-launches-pro-obama-race-baiting/

It was also a lie on another front: George Wallace was a DEMOCRAT.

These people trade in the most vicious of garbage, and always look to invent the next story to label their opposition as morally evil.

Now they’re at it again.

That seems to be the real legacy of “hope and change.”

I have thought all day long that these “death threats” are bogus. I also don’t think any spitting or name calling occurred. Sometimes people “hear” what they WANT to hear.

All you have to do is google “tea party” and “ku klux klan” to hear why these charges were made. It’s just another attempt to demonize people by attacking their motives. And then they make what would be at worst some lone nut their driving issue to divert attention from the REAL issues. They’ve been doing that for months now.

When anyone has suggested I’m “racist” on my blog, I’ve responded by saying, “What a racist thing of you to say.” We need to stand our ground with these racist allegations.

There’s the issue of plants: leftists who come to tea party events with racist/hateful signs just to get on camera.

From the American Thinker:
http://www.americanthinker.com/2009/08/obamas_nazi_straw_man_an_old_a.html

Alinsky himself employed this method, quite deviously. Alinsky biographer, Sanford D. Horwitt provides an anecdote using precisely this same diabolical tactic to deceive the people. From Horwitt’s Let Them Call Me Rebel:

“...in the spring of 1972, at Tulane University...students asked Alinsky to help plan a protest of a scheduled speech by George H. W. Bush, then U.S. representative to the United Nations - a speech likely to include a defense of the Nixon administration’s Vietnam War policies. The students told Alinsky they were thinking about picketing or disrupting Bush’s address. That’s the wrong approach, he rejoined, not very creative - and besides causing a disruption might get them thrown out of school. He told them, instead, to go to hear the speech dressed as members of the Ku Klux Klan, and whenever Bush said something in defense of the Vietnam War, they should cheer and wave placards reading, ‘The KKK supports Bush.’ And that is what they did, with very successful, attention-getting results.”

Medicare is already TWICE as likely to deny care than the private insurance companies Obama so demonized. Essentially, what the Democrats argued was, “Private insurance companies are bad; so go with our government plan which has been twice as bad instead!”

And it’s going to get worse. They just stripped more than a half a trillion dollars out of Medicare. Will that hole in funding result in fewer denied claims, or more? I mean, DUH!

And when the entire unconstitutional individual mandate goes to hell on them (people not buying insurance), we’re going to see rationing go through the roof.

Death panels, here we come.
