Ed Rendell: Tea Party Crowds are Pathetic

Posted on 04/24/2010 9:15:43 AM PDT by jazminerose

Ed Rendell on FNC just said he could hold a rally to increase federal legislation to protect puppies & draw at least 100,000.

He's trying to downplay the size of the turnout at the Tea Party events, calling it "pathetic" & pointing out there is no "leadership" & no "infrastructure." (Eddie's not clear on the concept).

Amazing.

One wonders what all the hysteria on the left has been about if the Tax Day rally only drew a couple of "hundred" people.

Awesome blog post.

It’s a shame that GWB took it upon himself to legitimize the rapist Bill Clinton.

So now the rapist is free to demonize dissenting Ameican voices, as George Bush’s new “adopted brother.”

disgusting and shameful.

With acknowledgement to My Fair Lady:

Just you wait Ed Rendel, just you wait!
You’ll be sorry, but your tears’ll be too late!
Dems will be out of office, with no money.
Will we help you? Don’t be funny.
Just you wait, Ed Rendel, just you wait!...

Then they’ll march all the Socialists to the wall
And the Court will sure tell us: JR, sound the call.’
As we raise our rifles higher,
JR will shout ‘Ready! Aim! Fire!’
Oh-ho-ho, Ed Rendel, Down you’ll go, Ed Rendel.
Just..... you..... wait!

(Just satire about the rifles.....)

To: I still care

No infrastructure means the unions aren’t paying thousands of thugs to demonstrate.

Nice. I’m so glad that Ed Rendell is calling the Tea Party pathetic.

That means the Tea Party is right on target. If they were truly pathetic, no one would talking about them at all, like for example, someone like, I don’t know, well, the

Coffee Party

for example.

Ya know what's pathetic Ed? You, as mayor of Philly, sending union thugs out to beat up people for exercising their First amendment rights.

Now that's pathetic, Ed.

Oh, almost forgot, and your wife too.

TEA Party = We The People.

When the time comes to choose a Presidential Candidate, even then, We The People will probably not choose any one person to be “THE” TEA Party’s single voice.

Every locale from town, city, county, borough, commonwealth, etc, to district and State has its own leadership for its own particular region. That is the essence of the Grass Roots leadership. Someone from Idaho can’t speak for someone from Alabama. WE The People understand that.

The Liberals/Marxists have leaders who speak for all of them. They put everyone into one-size-fits-all thereby stifling individuality.

I think the FEAR the Liberal Leadership has is that the concept of Individuality will catch on with some Liberals. We The People must push the issue of Individual Freedoms loud enough for the Liberals to take notice and to give it some consideration.

No one enjoys being told what to do. Even Liberals are human [well, some of them]. All We The People need to do is stress that WE don’t TELL people what to do, WE expect people to do their own individual research.

And I think this is why many Independents have joined the TEA Party Rallies and various groups.

Well, all that and that we’re a bunch of good looking, happy people. lol

Rendell is a fat pathetic adultersous loser Eagels fan who sided with the Teamsters when they viciously beat a man protesting Clinton.

in that same vein:

All I want is November air,
Congress repealing Obama-care,
Go the way of Blago’s big hair,
Oh woooouldn’t it be loverly!

Growth resuming on old Wall St.,
Pelosi and a real job can finally meet,
And Barbara Boxer’s seat,
Oh woooouldn’t it be loverly!

loverly,
loverly,
loverly,
loverly

Wouldn’t it be loverly!

When an immoral group knows that the ‘other side’ has logical and just arguments, the last thing its members want is for that other side to become strong in organizing. Many libs think they have a lock on community organizing and screaming the loudest (’rule by noise’), coupled with little-to-no restraint against lying, cheating, stealing to win — and to silence the opposition (they don’t want others to be exposed to viewpoints other than their own). They simply cannot tolerate Conservatives speaking at public events, so they try to shout them down, throw things at speakers, harass them, try to block them from speaking in the first place, misrepresent what they say, mock them — the list goes on and on and are the actions of frightened people who cannot honestly defend their positions in a civil debate but who want to ‘win’ nevertheless. They fear Conservatives organizing because they worry they will do that better, too, and so they attempt to silence them by any means possible. Also, they feel that appeals to compassion (no matter how false the appeals or how dubious the accusations upon which they are based) will weaken Conservatives. They remind me of the bully who feels entitled to fight ugly and dirty, but when the other guy starts to win, the bully cries ‘uncle, please don’t hurt me...you’re being mean’ to stop what the bully started, and once the other person stops, the bully delivers a sucker punch. One only need pay attention to those most attacked by libs and with the most vitriol to determine whom they most fear. Conservatives cannot allow themselves to be shouted down or namecalled out of existence or to be sidetracked by these attacks. These are old tricks that have been played out in other countries, to the eventual detriment and downfall of those countries and its citizens (except for a privileged few) when these strategies have been successful. A complicit mainstream media conveniently fails at reporting how this has happened over and over again in other nations, for fear that people here will become aware of the dire and potentially irreversible consequences that will befall them if and when a bully ‘wins’.
