Who is this Elena Kagan, who just got the nod today from President Barak Obama? Here is a YouTube video of her as Dean, accepting an award from this orginization, called “Equal Justice Works”, with MANY thanks to both for this video.

Out of everything Elena Kagen is, her equal justice and not blind justice bothers me. Obama consistently speaks of his nominees as understanding how law affects the people. Obama spoke of her parents being from immigrants.
Elena will further Obama’s goals of gay rights (marriage and military)and vote in favor of immigrants anchor babies being NBC. If a vote on Obama being natural born comes up, he has two people who will vote in his favor even if born in Kenya. Soto and Kagen.
She is probably anti capitalism with her stance on tobacco and her revenge on them for 10 years. Once again furthering Obama’s goals to destroy corporations. Michelle Obama wants soda companies taken down next.
Andy Cohen is smiling big time this morning. One comment this morning on fox business said SCOTUS now has all Catholic’s and will have 3 Jews and that all religions should be represented. I can’t believe Obama would ever care about that at all but then I thought, OMG, Obama could place a muslim in there who believes in sharia law.
Anyone Obama has chosen will not uphold the Constitution.
