Think about this, America...
Some people have the vocabulary to sum up things in a way you can understand them. This quote came from the Czech Republic. Someone over there has it figured out. We have a lot of work to do.“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president.”

That is why I fear America is lost...too many people are ignorant or stupid enough to put men such as Obama into power.
obama got into power because he marketed himself as a centrist, Christian, census building person. He has anything but these characteristics and is destroying any creditability for his party. I only hope he doesn’t destroy America in the meantime.
A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. Exactly.
It is for this reason that I doubt that any real or lasting “revolution” will take place this November. The moral strength needed to stay the course - assuming that a major shift to the right takes place at all - is rapidly fading from the citizenry. The same people who elected this fool are expected to now reverse the unfolding catastrophe that is overtaking the nation.
Here are three of the root causes of our national epidemic of ignorance: (1) a heavily biased, left-wing media, (2) an insidious "educational system" that indoctriates rather than teaches, and (3) an amoral movie industry that trashes American values at every turn.

Very accurate description IMO.
In order for society to function there is a natural presumption that much (or most) of what we are told is true. If we assume everything is a lie, then we can no longer communicate.
Traditionally, politicians have parsed their words carefully and told occasional whoppers. But never before has America witnessed an entire political party that always lies. This is something new. People thought that at least part of what Obama campaigned on was true. They were wrong.
Matters are complicated by the fact that the mainstream media are complicit in the lies.

It was a head strong mule vote in the wrong direction just to prove something. They weren't hearing any of the talk about Ayers, Rev. Wright, Obama's socialist leanings, etc. It's as if they voted for him to spite those who were saying electing him would be a mistake. That is troubling.
The "sane and supposedly rational, intelligent people" weren't suckered, they did it on purpose. But what they got was not what they expected.
