OBAMA is speaking to the West Point graduating class right now. What an "obamanation." So at this time I wanted to post THE most important WEST POINT COMMENCEMENT SPEECH of all time. Save it to disk & pass it along.

Interesting to read this after watching the pathetic performance by President Obama (ahem) at West Point this morning.
To: FreeKeys
It will be interesting to do a compare and contrast.

It would be instructive to know the reactions to those two commencements. And to know where the graduates of ‘74 are today. We’ll have a long time to wait to know where Obama’s will be. Hopefully, we’ll still be here by then!

Well, first on the list of notable 1974 grads is General David Petraeus, Division Commander of the 101st Airborne during the drive on Baghdad in 2003. He took control of all forces in Iraq in 2007 and was the architect of the “Surge” strategy that all but eliminated insurgent activity in Iraq! Some folks have floated his name as possible presidential candidate, but he has denied any political ambitions.

This is a great piece of American literature from one of the greatest thinkers of all time.
There is so much value in these ideas, if only our “institutions of higher learning” were worthy of that name.
