Patrick is a spineless jellyfish. I literally can’t stand the sound of his voice, and have to change the channel when he’s mentioned on the radio news. I think you may also think of this as constitutiong “balance” in the mind of certain parts of the government. It is as much politicking as it is giving in to demands.
