Laughter is one of the most powerful political weapons, and Arizona Governor Jan Brewer is taking advantage of that principle in a new television ad. In it, a frog puppet, reminiscent of Kermit from Sesame Street, extols the virtues of reading - with specific regard to the Arizona law.
The ad is far more than merely clever. It hits the Obama administration critics where they live - in their inflated image of their own intelligence.

BRILLIANT!
cute...Thumbs up to Gov. Brewer. She is winnning.
This ad is just priceless.
Our idiot president doesn't care that something close to 80% of US populace agree with this bill.
Sheriff Joe is glad the "heats" off of him for a change :) (heard him on Roger Hedgecock on Fri.)
Dana Perino on Fox this morning says she thinks this ad is tasteless and unnecessary. I don’t think she or her former boss realize even now that the press is NEVER on the side of Republicans (even progressive Repbulicans) and that you have to fight Alinsky with Alinsky. I thought this video was genius.
...by demonstrating that reading is something so simple, a child could do it. Brilliant!
Because Dana is Republican, cute and clever with a pretty smile I have given her the benefit of the doubt. I will have to catch her comments. If she is truly elitist I am sorely disappointed.
See the puppet is to be used because that is the level of the Obozo administration. Every morning the Obozo dministration opens its day with a viewing of sesame street. What do you expect from a pissant with the intelligence level of a preschooler, whom has to have his nappies changed on a regular basis.
She was great at the beginning on Sean’s show but I’ve noticed of late she’s become very PC. Just like the politicians we choose. They get on some kind of ego trip.
I have heard her make snarky comments before about the Tea Party and Sarah Palin. I don’t know what to make of her. She defends Bush which is admirable since it demonstrates her loyalty. But in my estimation she’s an elitist insider who thinks we should leave the political heavy-lifting to professionals. Patronizing.
She just has been around the Beltway crowd way, way too long.
Ping!
