As most conservative writers have pointed out many times, the present Administration exhibits a shocking disregard and near-contempt for the U.S. Constitution. Obama's Supreme Court nominee, Elena Kagan, is a perfect case in point.

While Dean of the Harvard Law School Kagan did not require students to study the U.S. Constitution at all. Instead, she required that they study foreign and international law.

An ideologue and zealot willing to break the law because of a principle may make for a good revolutionary, but it makes for a piss poor judge.

Who would believe him ? What kind of Texan would leave Mineral Wells School of Law , Drive though Laundry and Barbecue take home off the list ?
If people in government and elsewhere can ignore the provisions of the Constitution with impunity, I think that something has to change. There are multiple, daily reports like this - what is the point? Who or what enforces the provisions of the Constitution?
Who cares? Who enforces? Who punishes transgressors? When the administration, the president, and others are scofflaws - what can be done?
Having ELECTIVE courses in Constitutional law is a FAR CRY from having REQUIRED courses in the subject. But then, you know this.
The other thing that you know is that it doesn't matter what ANY lawyer from Harvard or anywhere else believes about this, especially if they graduated prior to 2006, the year that Kagan implemented the change in the curriculum.
Anyone who graduated prior to that would not necessarily know a thing about it.
So, your point is bogus.
