Like the female scumbag he’s defending, a thousand accolades, a truckload of awards can’t take the arab out of either.
The Helen Thomas event manifests a more fundamental conflict, which in the heart is spiritual.
Helen manifested her object of thinking attack were sentient human beings, who are Jews and identified with the spiritual Hebrew nation, Israel.
God provides all humans His Word in Scripture and reveals His love for us in many ways, including studies of what happens to us when we think independently of Him. The first stage is grieving the Holy Spirit when we sin, or step out of fellowship with Him. That is our natural state of thinking prior to coming to Him by His Plan and the position we find ourselves when after we come to Him, we again lapse back from the new man to the old man in our thinking, i.e. sin or missing the target of His Plan.
The second stage for those who dwell away from Him and refuse to return, further degenerating our thinking processes, results in quenching the Holy Spirit. Discernible from simply turning anywhere other than Him, which is grieving the Holy Spirit, the state of quenching the Holy Spirit is accompanied by arrogance which seeks to attack God and His Plan, thinking the attack will justify and overwhelm His Plan.
There are no true atheists, only people who have so scarred their thinking and avoidance of God and His Providence that they sincerely begin to believe their own untruthful thinking about a fabricated world independent of Him. At the Great White Throne Judgment, every person will have no problem recognizing God and His omnipotence.
Helen manifests the quenching stage of her thinking degeneracy, by not only an completely irrational attack on Israel, but also upon Jews themselves. Israel will continue as a strategic target for those who have degenerated in their mental state with arrogance, because Israel is the only human nation which God has made a contract with directly, which has not yet been fulfilled. The satanic objective of attacking Israel rather than blessing Israel, is to demonstrate an adversarial ability to foil God’s Plan in basic areas, thereby providing a counterargument in a angelic appeals trail in the judgment of Satan and the fallen angels.
If Israel as a spiritual nation (not the present political nation), were to be destroyed, those Covenants made by God would not be completed, thereby invalidating His Word.
Since His Word is truth, it will never fail, but that doesn’t keep those who reject Him or His Plan from attempting to attack Him.
Even Helen, prior to her first death, has the ability to come to God through what He has provided for her to have salvation from eternal condemnation. While it may be more traumatic to rid our scarred thinking which has formed from years away from Him, it is still possible to not only return to Him, but for all alive today, He has a Plan for each of us to fulfill in fellowship with Him.
The greatest joy in our life is not the worldly pleasures or power, but to actually live as He has made us according to His Plan. Even many believers do not know what His Plan is for us in particular, but through faith in Christ, dwelling with Him and Him indwelling us, He is able to sanctify us and work through us in the fulfillment of not only His Plan, but also those covenants He has made. Outside that Plan, some might fall into frantic searches for happiness, but misery and lack of joy are the ultimate consequence.
