How does this "word analyst" ... and obvious Obama sycophant ... explain the high marks the speech received in the African-American community, then?

Was Obama actually speaking in some form of subliminal ebonics?

This is news?? Isn’t this response #1 in the Dem playbook to condenscendingly smile and say ‘you just don’t understand’ when you tell them they are full of it?

The answer to your impertinent question is obvious. The African American community has a higher reading level than other groups. They just don’t like to show it.

Amazing! At the university I graduated from those who were too stupid or intellectually lazy to make it in any other discipline including the Teachers College ended up in the School of Journalism.

There is something WLB Obama could do to convince the rest of us he’s been on this since the beginning. If, as he claims, he has been engaged since the first days, WLB could release the transcripts and identities of the other attendees of the working groups discussing the spill with him. After all, such groups would have had to have kept meeting minutes and a list of participants to have been legitimately constructed. So, let’s see some of the work product. It’s not a national security concern so there’s no reason to hide behind that canard.

I wonder if that's the same reason nobody watches CNN?

Hey, CNN!, dumb it down a little. Maybe your ratings will go up.

And in related news, during the faux debate over the health care bill the Dems recently rammed through, the public was told by several Dems that the reason the public was not supportive was that the Dems had just not explained their position well enough.

Now comes the idea that if the public were just better educated (from government schools?) they could understand Zero when he explains things.

Both these memes have education in common, and it should come as no surprise that the left supports “education”. I use it in quotes because it is really ideological education in leftist-think and the leftist-worldview.

The next step beyond “education” is “behavior modification”, something we have just recently seen in the news with respect to the government’s seizure of public health care.

“Behavior modification” is just another form of re-education, a practice common in Communist dictatorships. Of the estimated 1 million people sent to Vietamese re-education “camps” after the US abandoned the South, scholars conclude that about 160,000 did not survive that experience. In Communist China, it is estimated that about 10% of the millions sent for “re-education” died.

In fact, when the Weatherman Underground were planning the armed overthrow of the US government, an informant states they talked about sending about 25 million Americans to be “re-educated” and expecting about 10% to die during the process.

November or Never!

"Oh, that's too funny!"

What's even funnier is that his target audience (that must mean liberals/environmentalists/Democrats) is either going to be really ticked that they got 'dissed' or not even realize that they've been 'dissed' to begin with.
I'll go with door #2.

Actually, this guy is not completely off target. He made me wonder if all of those folks who voted for Alvin Greene understood Obama’s speech? You know, that the speech was aimless, pointless, meaningless, there was no actual plan for a cleanup, not a single detail about what to do about the leak, and that Obama’s main focus was on how to exploit this catastrophe to further that part of his Utopian socialist agenda to tax carbon out of existence so that unicorn and rainbow power can be harnessed for the good of all? Or instead, perhaps, were they simply lulled into a nice blissful Delta state by the sweet murmurs and cadences of his silver voice?

Excellent points.

Writing stuff is easy. Writing something that is well understood across a wide audience is difficult.
