Years later, Mizz Wolf reprogrammed her spiel and decided that, indeed, women and girls could actually flaunt their stuff (act and dress like prostitutes) and thereby be empowered. Yes, the women who bragged on their braless, unshaven armpits and legs now lectured that lookin' like a ho was actually an expression of female empowerment (attracted more dude money).

Most astonishing of all, is that once a girl/woman is caught in the act of skanking it up, her first response is, " I'm not a ho. I am basically very modest." Take the case of model Lisa Cohen who was unfortunately disfigured by a lowlife NY doorman/bouncer a couple of years ago and sued Google to find out who caller her "a skank" on the internet. She won the case while protesting she was definitely "not a skank." Also unfortunately, pictures of Ms Cohen surfaced on the net depicting her involved in, at least skunky (for legal reasons I will not use the skank word)behavior.
So, you have all these "basically nice, modest, relgious, pure-as-the-driven-snow" ladies, who look and act like hos, demanding reverence and respect. And, sadly, they will get it.

I always thought Hannah Montana was a cute show and liked little Miley. But she was on the Graham Norton Show last weekend and, pole dancing aside, has developed a loud, braying, honking, horrible speaking voice. I mean painful to listen to. I was embarrassed for her. She needs some voice coaching asap. Usher was the other guest and he sounded sophisticated and cultivated in comparison. Imagine.

Maybe it’s because I’m no fan of modern country music, but ever since this stuff with Miley Cyrus started, I’ve held the opinion that her parents are just as exploitative as any that could be named. The Sutherlands, for example.
She will probably go on to have a great career and a nice life. I hope so. But there is much to be said for letting children grow up as normal kids rather than rushing them into a hectic and disruptive (albeit lucrative) career. It’s called “judgment”, one element of “parenting”.

I lost a TON of respect for her with her husband pick...to me that says a lot about her decision making.

I believe her voice is changing from the accumulated usage of alcohol and cigarettes.....can’t prove it but just my opinion.
Many college age girls drink and smoke, and they don’t end up sounding like she sounds. She isn’t even 18, for pete’s sake, so there is only a certain amount of carousing she could have done by now.
