“...They want something in return for doing their duty!...”
This POtuS known as the pResident, has usurped the Laws of the Land, violated his Oath of Office and Constitutional duty, if true, making this as a precept un-Constitutional and I believe is impeachable!
how about prosecuting them for deriliction of duty and aiding and abetting the enemie...
I am not sure if that is even remotely possible. Although Congress seems also be going along on this ride as far as it will take them. Vote out every Congressional Representative possible then impeach this fraudster; and oh ya, this time get ride of the trash. Biden would never be able to withstand a re-election even with a Lizard or Dyke next to him.
someone told me the key was a “federal Grand Jury”, but I’m not sure if it is true or how one would go about it!!!
I do not think this is the case, although I could be incorrect. In Arizona and Texas there are a lot of average folks that use this argument, and when tried in some jurisdictions or by certain groups not empowered by the correct governmental agency, using it against government officials generally wind-up in federal prison. While a federal grand-jury can establish the issues, the only real authority over the President is Congress, through their Constitutional rolls are set; even the Courts are an after-effect.
