This is a young man to encourage!
Dennis Prager speaks of the left wing bias which infects our college campuses. But such bias extends to America’s grade schools as well. Conservative, 11-year-old, Beverly Hills resident Sam Besserman has found himself in the thick of a lonely battle. He has suffered through taunts like “Get the Republican!” in gym, statements like “Right wing Nazis are taking office all over the place” in social studies and bullying by classmates because he refuses to believe in anthropogenic global warming. Rather than play the victim, Sam has taken a stand. He has refused to sign several pledges to reduce his carbon footprint, he has shot a video for Phelim McAleer and Ann McElhinney, the directors of Not Evil, Just Wrong (the anti-Al Gore documentary), and, most recently, he successfully circulated a petition among his social studies class to have his teacher cease her politicization of the classroom. We will chat with Sam about his fight against ideological bigotry in our local schools.
