It will never happen. Demonrats will not mess with their voter base. The last “Welfare Reform” was a total farce as I said from its inception. The Gubmint was just messing with the taxpayers’ minds. Expect only more of the same.

As long as dims can buy votes and people can vote themselves more money, nothing will change.
That the country is heading down the drain is not a deterrent to either of those groups.
