The Federal Government is again hard at work spending our hard earned tax dollars on ridiculous endeavors. The latest is the proposed lawsuit by the Feds challenging the constitutionality of Arizona's SB 1070 law.

Arizona is filled with gun-loving, bible-thumping neanderthals. It’s about time that the Federal Government put those ignorant rednecks in their place. Enough is enough!
Those now in the Federal Government are brilliant, smart, intelligent and really really smart and should be dictating to the dopes in flyover country.
/SSSSSSSSS/
IMHO
Those in D.C. who refuse to follow the law to maintain do so for no other reason than to remain in power illegally.
In addition to punishment for not following the law and deporting the invaders, DUh-bama and his fellow LIEberal traitors should be impeached and promptly imprisoned for not building the fence...it’s in the law too.
Any possible way that the legal team representing Arizona could use discovery to demand the birth certificate of Obama to prove he has “standing” to file suit against the state?
If he can’t prove he meets the requirements for office, any laws and actions he’s taken are null and void. This could be a real interesting development if AZ would pursue this in court.
Can’t you see the look on the US Atty’s faces when they read the interrogatories? Would they rather drop the lawsuit than have to produce the required documents? And the judge can’t say that that proof of qualification to hold office isn’t applicable or that AZ doesn’t have “standing” to ask for it.
Just sayin’...
Arizona should make it law that to take advantage of the 2nd Amendment, you must be a legal resident. Arm the Citizens, disarm the illegals.
Make the illegals build a GREEN wall. Solar powered electric fence?
