Even this Democrat GOT THIS ONE RIGHT. Give Representative Gabrielle Giffords, (D/AZ), for doing the right thing and speaking out what so many Americans, the VAST MAJORITY of Americans can only express to themselves or at most blog or call in to talk radio shows about the USA Justice Department’s effort to sue the state of Arizona over SB 1070.

Three Pubbies will duke it out in the primary election on Aug 24th; State Senator Jonathan Paton, a FReeper's son-in-law Jesse Kelly and Brian Miller.
My support is with Kelly.

That’s him. I’m hopeful he’ll win the primary. I like that he’s an outsider of sorts. We’ve lived a lot of places, corrupt and not so corrupt. But Tucson takes the cake for cronyism. It is like living in a small, southern town. hah I guess it is kind of southern. But I mean southeastern small town. And that’s not to say that I don’t love the southeast.

Yes, 4 republicans, although one apparently just dropped out today. The front runner is Jesse Kelly, a Marine veteran. I have high hopes for him.

If I was living in Arizona I would be totally acceptable to any form of taxation thats reasonable if it was solely used to defend the border and to insure my safety of family and home.
I don’t care if its a fuel tax, cigarette tax or even some extra toll roads, there should be an emergency order to get as much revenue as possible to fund a state militia, right now. Even if its run my mercenary contractors.
This is war time, unfortunately its Obama who is acting like Arizona is the new Pearl Harbor, kinda interesting turnaround on names.
If we didn’t have the RKBA, the Mexican border would be at I-40 and moving north.
