Recycled rhetoric is no substitute for leadership and experience!
As more recent polls suggest that Americans have a crisis of confidence in Obama's ability as President it's not hard to understand why:

Fancy parties, golf games and basketball and vacations seem to be Obama's first priority. Whatever time is left seems devoted to delivering empty speeches with retread rhetoric. Obama is failing miserably on issues that are topmost on the minds of Americans: jobs, the economy and the oil spill.
