There is no proof that truth lies in the mean.
I’m not sure what you are saying. However, I want to make sure you don’t mistake strength in leadership for being “mean.”
I’ve been throwing this out for a couple of days hoping someone can provide the source. There is an essay I believe one of the Austrian economists and one of the ideas is about compromise. The idea is that when there is a difference of opinion there is no proof that the truth (answer) is in the middle (the mean). The truth might very well be one of the end points. So far no one has replied with the source and I just can’t remember where to start looking. However it seems very appropriate in these times when there is the idea that all will be well if everyone compromises.
