As the Obama administration sets its sights on overweight Americans, demanding obesity ratings for all citizens by 2014, the White House has promoted the Obamas' personal cook to a senior advisory position.
Sam Kass, the 20-something Chicago chef, is now the White House "Food Initiative Coordinator," Kass' title reportedly was upgraded last month from food initiative coordinator to senior policy adviser for health food initiatives. His duties have not changed.

Just don’t ask to see anyone’s “peppers”.
After they find way to tax “obesity”, they won’t care aobout it any more. It’ll just be another line on the 1040 form.
I guess that is easier than fighting a war, an oil spill or massive unemployment.
The Obama administration sets its sights on your wallet and yet another way to micro-manage your life, for the collective good, of course. With so many Americans at least a bit overweight, this blatant attempt at authoritarianism via Obamacare regulations (that conservatives knew were coming) is going to receive a huge backlash...I hope.
If the Feds can not be stopped, then I want to be on Obama’s plan.
This is Arizona Conservative or The Onion, right?
good God! look at the size of that...that...THING he is married to!!!! her big butt is so disgusting! to think there are still women, even here on FR, that defend her look!!! good grief, wake up women....she is a mess with no self respect. no woman with one iota of caring about how they look would allow themselves to look like her. don’t give us the she has had ‘two babies’ crap either, hit the gym...work out...get off the lazy fat asses....4 times a week, or home work outs, and get in shape. guys do it!!!!it is work yes but it can be done. just easier to give up I guess....then when the man leaves at 40 for some 25 year old that stays in shape....well, to damn bad.
This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody, and Nobody. There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about this, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it. It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.
Or are you waiting for Somebody Else to do what Everybody should?

Oh, yeah, this is gonna be fun. Just wait until all the morbidly-obese Obama supporters find out they need to drop the lard or lose their benefits. Change they can believe in.
But I suspect the real agenda is to have electronic access to our medical records. Some non-medical bureaucrat can decide what care we deserve, or maybe find out who among us are thinking incorrectly.
New “fat camps” where “working out makes you free”, and the ovens are always cooking?
Now everyone knows that muscle weighs more than fat, right??
That's what I think, too.
Also, I think Obama's next target will be the food industry. He has already made minor stabs at it, but what the Boy Marxist would really like to do would be strictly control the country's food supply. His idol, Hugo Chavez, is already doing so in VZ, so successfully that the shelves are empty, VZ now has to import food, there's rationing, productive farms were taken away from private ranchers and turned over to "communes" of slum dwellers from the cities and now produce nothing, small shopkeepers are constantly under the threat of going to jail or worse for "price gouging" (ie.,charging anything for the food, which they can barely get anymore anyway because the supply is non-existent), etc. He just topped it off last week by taking over the country's one big food production and distribution company, Polar, so he can destroy that too.
Barry is watching enviously.
To me, it’s a toss-up which of the Obama’s is uglier. Look at the pictures of him shoving food into his face.
