McCain's ad feature a bunch of Sheriffs that support the Senator, the problem is, not all of them did, Santa Cruz County Sheriff Tony Estrada says he is not supporting McCain even though his name appears in the ad. Every election cycle there are several news items where a political ad cites an endorsement from somebody who denies they intended any endorsement. The demand is made to remove their name from the ad, this is done, an apology is issued for the mistake, and then what.
Is any campaign ever actually damaged by such an event? None I can recall.
He won’t. :( He’ll have to be carried out like Robert Byrd unless J.D. can pull this off.
Funny how the “conservative” media has circled the wagons around McCain and has hardly said a peep about how JD handed it to McCain during the debates. Where is everyone? Even Michelle Malkin is quiet.
