(Video) Nancy Pelosi sits down with ‘This Week’s’ Christiane Amanpour in an exclusive interview.
At about 7:00 into the video, Amanpour asked Pelosi about Robert Gibbs’ comments expressing concern that the Democrats could possibly lose the House in November. Pelosi responded, “With all due respect, I don’t spend a whole lot of time thinking about what the president’s employees say about one thing or another.” She also emphasized that she is “not nervous at all” about the election, and said that she is “very confident” about their position, “whether that’s well known to that gentleman (Gibbs) or not.”
Why be nervous about something that is out of your control and a forgone conclusion?

Why should she be nervous? She’s fooled the voters hundreds of times before. Why should this be any different?
And taking three different tranquilizers.
She brushes her teeth with preparation H and rinses them with clorox, then puts them back in that filthy, lying mouth.
If the Republicans can’t gain enough seats to reverse the Dem’s radical agenda and if they can push even more of it through in lame duck, why should she be worried?
Being certifiably nuts comes in handy in terms of peace of mind sometimes.

When they lose in November and the knives come out.. she will get the blame, mark my words.
This was the strategy from the beginning. The safe dem “leadership” has nothing to worry about personally. So they’ll ram their stuff through in the lame duck period, spend a few years in the minority, then, when the pubbies have spent a few ineffectual years in power, they’re back. This time for good.

Somebody gets it. It is a religion to them. The Dem party bills itself as the party of the common man. Yet, the Dem leadership clearly demonstrate that it is the party for the party leadership above all. The 'Pubs better reverse everything these clowns are doing. Otherwise the Libs have won the war and the 'Pubs, at best, will be fighting a rear guard action.
