Ethics, Criminal Complaints Filed To Disbar Kagan

'She should not be a justice when she's defrauded the Supreme Court'

Breaking News: Declaration Alliance has retained noted corruption watchdog attorney Larry Klayman to file an ethics complaint seeking to have Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan disbarred from practicing before the court she aspires to join – and possibly subjected to criminal prosecution – for her role in an escalating scandal.

Kagan's political maneuvers while an attorney for President Bill Clinton led to language authored by her becoming fraudulently accepted as "official findings" of a medical "expert panel."

Kagan's inserted language misled the federal courts, including the Supreme Court, into upholding for nearly a decade legal protections for the heinous practice known as partial-birth abortion that 30 states had attempted to ban. Klayman, founder of the Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch USA public interest law groups, is bringing the complaint at the behest of Declaration Alliance, the national pro-life social welfare organization founded in 1996 by Ambassador Alan Keyes.

(The complaint alleges Kagan...) fraudulently altered an official scientific report used as evidence by the Supreme Court to persuade the justices to overturn bans on partial-birth abortion -- and then recently lied about her actions under oath.

Has Klayman ever done anything that turned out to be worthwhile? I remember way back when we had Freeper meetings in DC that he would show up as a speaker. We had such hopes for him.........

My question, exactly.

It is a charge that should be pursued.

Federal courts are very intolerant of perjury.

But my question is: Has Larry Klayman ever won a case in court?.

“To(sic) bad it is Larry Klayman and not someone more respectable filing the compliant.”

I don’t see why conservatives aren’t stepping up. Kagan committed perjury in her confirmation testimony. She is an anti-American leftist with no judicial experience but no one will stand up and speak the truth. Are the Washington DC Republicans cowards or just asleep at the switch?

It is more complicated than that.

Here goes.

First, the leadership of the GOP is just as guilty of crimes as the leadership of the Dems. Thus, the GOP will not do anything other than play the game. Witness John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Et al.

Second, the far far right, seeking both attention and personal monetary gain in the form of crisis donations, has set up and industry for getting on every hot button issue first. Witness Keyes and Orly Taitz, and now Keyes and Klayman. These few folks have the 1% far far far right and their meager but eager funds instantly available, and are the first to jump in.

Because they are first, this makes the less radical, but not corrupt want to distance themselves from it. Makes otherwise conservative folks, leaders, question the facts.

Usually the extreme folks will go over the top and invent “other” facts, to make the matter worse than it seems, because this helps with their fundraising. What it hurts is the legitimate efforts to actually accomplish anything.

The middle does not want to be labeled as the extreme, or earn the wrath of the elites. 99% of the extreme are mentally unbalanced folks who were ONCE the mainstream good guys but whos over zealousness took them into kook-ville and they never came back, especially after finding out they could be big fish in a much littler pond and still make a very good living off of the practice.

So, it is cowards on one side and opportunists on the other, and the folks who should have the credibility to do something, just cannot afford the political risks to get in the middle of those fights.

The solution, is to eliminate the RINO elites. They need to go. Then we will have more KING, BACHMANN, PAUL, DeMINT types stepping up to leadership officially.

The RINO Elites would LOVE nothing more than to label King, Bachmann, Paul, DeMint and Co as KOOKS. So they have to be careful or they will be totally ineffective.

Until then, we have RINO cowards on the top and bottom feeding self righteous conservative frauds doing all this public stuff for the money.

And of course, nothing will get done right....

He is continually filing cases, but I have yet to hear of one that he has won.

Among liberals, “fear of losing a case to Larry Klayman” ranks just between “fear of being struck by a runaway Conestoga wagon” and “fear of being nibbled to death by dormice”.

The main point is that someone is bringing to our attention how deceptive this political appointee is. Had more people done their home work, Obama would never have made it to first base.....Kagan is another radical plant, don't let her pass, throw this woman out the door!

Larry Klayman?? Why not Orly Taitz?? They are both about as effective as each other.

Thanks to the doormats on the right, Kagan will probably be confirmed and America will be hosed again!!

Larry Klayman?? Why not Orly Taitz?? They are both about as effective as each other.

They are both funded BY and fundING the same small group of people.

The same group that jumps out in front of any TV Camera or Talk Show microphone they can find on any cause for which they can drop some direct mail and make a buck.

This is WHY none of the real good guys will touch this stuff and why Obama and Clinton got away with it.

The far far right, is right in everything that they SAY and totally corrupt and wrong in everything that they DO. Hypocrites to the extreme.

Please define what you mean by far, far right. If this is a reference to the GOP, then I would agree with you other than the reference to the GOP. If you are referring to the Tea Party, then I strongly disagree with you. IMO, there is little similarity between the GOP and the Tea Party. So, I would like to understand what your definition of far, far right.
