Dear Family, Friends and Fellow Constitutionalists,

Twenty five thousand seventeen (25,017) signatures is the official number of signatures that the Constitution Party came away from the Records (binder) Check last week.

First of all, THANK YOU ! !

The number, 25,017, demonstrates the fact that every single signature was important. We received petitions from people with one signature and this number shows how important your efforts where in helping us achieve this milestone. Not only were the signatures important, but all the hard work that people have given over the past couple of weeks in an effort to “Save the Signature.” There are so many people who have been involved in helping the Constitution Party achieve ballot access and I cannot begin to thank you all.

I call upon the Republican Party to call-off this fraudulent objection.

Notice that I did not use the term “frivolous.” While certainly, most of the objection against the Constitution Party was frivolous, they went beyond frivolous and demonstratively crossed over into fraudulent in their fervor to deny the voters of the state of Illinois choices on the ballot in November. I can already hear some of my detractors saying, “Yeah, whatever.”

The following links are to the scanned image of 5 of the 3,492 objection sheets that were gone through at the Illinois Board of Elections last week. At the top of each page is the page number. The original sheets can be viewed at the Illinois Board of Elections, if you want to verify these sheets and the information that they contain. Because of some of the poor scan quality, I did enhance the image with color, but the information contained on each sheet is unaltered. First I will provide the links and then I will provide the explanation of what you are seeing.

Each of the examples are the signature objection sheet provided by the objectors. Each sheet number corresponds to one of the petitions turned in by the Constitution Party. These provide a line by line objection for each signature. Each “X” represents an objection to a signature, obviously in one of the columns representing the specific objection to the signature.

There were two rulings possible for each objection: O = Override, meaning that the objection was overridden; or “S” = Sustain, meaning that the objection was valid. Please note on each of the sheets the X’s that have either “(I)” or the word “inactive” next to them. Also, please note that each one of these have an “O” next to them:

Now for the proof of the “FRAUDULENT” objections: There is only one way that the objector knew that the voter was inactive — they would have had to see the voter registration on the database. Again, it is important to note what the specific objection was and that every one of these have a red “O” marked next to it.

Just in case the light bulb hasn’t come on for you, here’s what it means. It means that the objector found the voter. There is no other way they could have known the voter was marked as inactive. (Note: being inactive is not an objectionable offense, but it is proof that they saw the voter on the database.) They could see that the address on the database matched the address on the petition and, YET, THEY MARKED IT AS BEING BAD ANYWAY! This isn’t a case of being frivolous where you close your eyes, make a few marks and hope you got a few right. This is a case of seeing that the voter did in fact live at the registered address listed on the petition, and then FRAUDULENTLY marking the objection that they voted does not live there.

The examples that I have provided above are just 5 of the dozens and dozens of such pages. If you think I am exaggerating, just swing by the Illinois board of Elections, take a look for yourself and report back.

Want another in-your-face example? Take a look at Example 5 (Page 1069) again. At the bottom of the page note the letters “P”,”O”,”F”. This is short for Pattern Of Fraud. Here the objector is accusing the circulator of fraud. But note the examiner’s markings. 3 of the 4 objections were overruled. And this one even had two “inactive” notes next the objection. Again demonstrating that the objector had eyes-on the voter registration. Also note there was no objection to column a, the signature.

I ask you this question: WHO IS DEMONSTRATING THE PATTERN OF FRAUD??

I personally turned in well over 3,000 signatures myself. I personally saw each person sign my petitions. I KNOW THE SIGNATURES ARE VALID!! Yet, hundreds of the signatures that I personally witnessed being signed were objected to and were subsequently overruled by the examiner.

Folks, hundreds of thousands of Illinois voters are being disenfranchised. These signatures were delivered in good faith by the Constitution Party. Let me tell you why. In an email sent out several weeks ago, the Republican Party was recruiting volunteers to go through the petitions of every third party and independent candidates. The reason given? Because third party and independent candidates are going to “STEAL” votes away from Republican candidates. Don’t you get it? Rather than provide great candidates that can win elections, they provide lousy candidates who don’t represent anyone but themselves and then have to go around knocking other candidates off the ballot so their looser candidates can win the election.

AREN’T YOU SICK AND TIRED OF THE STATUS QUO?

Don’t you want to start being able to vote FOR SOMEONE, instead of always having to vote AGAINST SOMEONE?

Here’s one more thing (since I’m getting this all off my chest). What the Republican Party is doing to the Constitution and Libertarian Parties, would be tantamount to the Constitution and Libertarian Party submitting objections to every single Republican and Democrat Candidate in the Primaries. Does that sound right to you? Well, that’s what’s happening to us.

The Constitution Party had to deliver of FIVE TIMES the number of signatures the Republicans or Democrats do and we delivered nearly over SIX TIMES their requirements.

We have met the minimum requirement: 25,017 signatures

Republicans, tell your Republican Party to drop the objection. Give us a chance to duke this out at the ballot box and may the best man win.

Now let me campaign and quit wasting the Illinois Tax Payer’s money.
