Maybe Justice Roberts saw it at the second, closed-to-the-press inaugural swearing-in.
If he saw it, which it is most unlikely, so what? Justice Roberts is not a document examiner. If they even presented such a thing to him at that time, that itself would be strong evidence of a con job. Cons do present fraudulent docs in situations and times when they unlikely to be fully reviewed, or even when they can not be rejected except at great political cost or loss of face.
What if when the Repubs take over the house in November, they will be in control of committees. Can they not subpoena Chief Justice Roberts to testify to what exactly did Barry swear as he took the oath of office the second time after flubbing it in public? Did Barry ever properly swear to the oath of office? Is that why he is shredding the Constitutional because he never actually swore to uphold it? Just sayin...
