More likely, he thought he did not need to sign up.
The SS card he has shown seems to be doctored to show that he did, as is needed for political success, sign up in 1980 as an American would, when in reality he did not, waiting to sign up until 2008.
Or so the speculation goes after someone got ahold of his records.
Again, who knows with this guy.
If he has nothing to hide why not just release all the records if they truthfully reflect what he has been telling everyone for 6 years now.
Or does everyone think he hides them all since so few records reflect the myth he has built up around himself.?

Fact: It is a simple matter to prove that one is a natural born citizen.
Fact: Obama has gone to considerable effort and spent tax dollars and his own to prevent the release of the common documents that would prove ( or disprove) his natural born status.
Fact: A natural born president would be **HONORED** to promptly prove ( with the **best** evidence) to any soldier or citizen that he was indeed natural born and eligible to be president and Commander in Chief.
Conclusion: That Obama has treated military officers and citizens in the manner that he has, strongly indicates that he is a usurper.
If he was adopted by Soetoro and went to Indonesian schools he had to have been an Indonesian citizen. He also could not have been an American citizen at that point because Indonesia did not allow dual citizenship at that time. He also, probably, was using an Indonesian passport in 1981 when he took the trip to Pakistan because Americans where not allowed to travel in Pakistan in 1981.
Actually we really don’t know what his true name is do we? Has anyone really seen a legal document that proves what his name really is??

US citizens were allowed to travel to Pakistan at that time. There were warnings of some kind but travel was not forbidden.

Maybe Justice Roberts saw it at the second, closed-to-the-press inaugural swearing-in.
If he saw it, which it is most unlikely, so what? Justice Roberts is not a document examiner. If they even presented such a thing to him at that time, that itself would be strong evidence of a con job. Cons do present fraudulent docs in situations and times when they unlikely to be fully reviewed, or even when they can not be rejected except at great political cost or loss of face.
What if when the Repubs take over the house in November, they will be in control of committees. Can they not subpoena Chief Justice Roberts to testify to what exactly did Barry swear as he took the oath of office the second time after flubbing it in public? Did Barry ever properly swear to the oath of office? Is that why he is shredding the Constitutional because he never actually swore to uphold it? Just sayin...
