Also, a section has been added that would regulate the emissions of light duty vehicles. So that is how they are going to play this game!!! Heads up OHIO and the rest of you too! If Ohio can pull this off ...there ain't nothing stopping the rest.

That isn’t immediately apparent in the announcement. I had to do a bit of digging for it.

One of the first things we need to do is let the air out of these dictatorships like the EPA. You work for us, shut up and sit down!

In the not too distant future the EPA is going to be gutted. The people have had enough of the privileged class. Quite enough.

A key component to the draft rule changes would be to add the phrase subject to regulation, which allows for tailoring the regulations to specific pollutants or pollutant sources. As U.S. EPA updates specific greenhouse gas limits, sources would become subject to changes without additional rule development. Welcome to automated law! This means it becomes law/rule without ever having to go through a comment period...like this one is having to go through! No announcements, no comments. THEY ARE REMOVING YOUR RIGHT TO REDRESS! I have been saying it and saying it...they don't need to pass cap n tax. A few word changes here and there and the fascists never even needed to consult you.

It looks like the mods. moved this to personal. I wish I could communicate better on a message board. Look at what Ohio is doing here.
First they are adding in “rules” for light duty trucks.
Second they are giving away our State’s Right to redress against any bad EPA regulation!
They are going to legislate away our State’s 10th Amendment Rights!
I don’t understand why nobody on FR is getting this. I don’t understand why the mods. put this in personal? If one state can do this with a few word changes...
