Philosophically, I bet W IS okay with the mosque. He always was a proponent of that “Islam isn’t the problem” BS. (Even though it’s been proven time and again that Islam is EXACTLY the problem.)

If Bush has anything to say I'm afraid that it will be in support of the mosque. After all, islam is the 'religion of peace' right?

Bush created the islamophobic PC atmosphere that exists in this country today...the pervasive fear to say anything even mildly critical about islam lest you show yourself anti-muslim (egads), started with him.
