Re your post 13. I concur with the first statement. But my wife does love children (she was a school teacher). Luckily, she was in her late 30s when we met and was agreeable to my demand that there would be no children.
I, too, had an awful childhood, my wife less so but it wasn’t great, either.
I really don’t care if people just have all the babies they want. No skin off ... I wish, though, that they would understand what you wrote, not all of us were meant to be parents for one reason or the other. And it would be appreciated if they would lay off the criticism of those of us who choose not to reproduce.
I planned my life well and today I’m relatively well off, no financial worries, that’s for sure. And I have no regrets about my life decisions.
In having ever once actually had a pair, Basil Fawlty was WAY ahead of the Castrato-in-Chief.
I think Liberals idolize Obama because he never had a set and has frankly never even WANTED to have a set.
