What’s with the so what? This is important as Petraeous is negotiating consistantly with the Aphganistan leadership...politically and otherwise. His decisions first and formost are to protect our troops....this action did so and I support that since they are not in the USA but in another country...figure it out.
Well of course OIL comes into play, you cannot move an army to protect your people with wind.... Further Syria and Iran, as well Russia and China, have their site on the ME oil in order to control the ME and bring it under subjection...which is why ME leaders support this war..how be it behind the scenes.

We have more oil here in the USA than in the entire middle east there is more oil in Alaska than in the middle east but they will not drill for it.

It is a violent book, and verse 5:32 givse them a license to murder. It says they can killsomeone for spreading “mischief”, and “mischief” can be defined as almost anything.
