I’ve seen what crack does to people on A&E’s Intervention series. Brain damage is hardly something to improve a person’s thinking.
The only thing curious in this story...is that you typically don’t get off crack. Out of a 1,000 crack-heads....you might find one capable of breaking the habit entirely. You would have to go and spend weeks in some rehab somewhere, so it’d leave a trail somewhere, where people remembered you.
