Former Meg Whitman housekeeper Nicandra Diaz Santillan ("Nicky Diaz") is a criminal. She committed Social Security fraud, filed fraudulent I-9 and W-4 forms, and lied to an employment agency and the Whitmans - not to mention she is in the U.S. ILLEGALLY. But DHS Sec. Napolitano doesn't seem to have the foggiest idea what to do with her. Is it really that complicated? If you went out today and committed such crimes and then announced it on TV, how long do you think it would take to find yourself in handcuffs?
