She appears pretty much a liberal personally or at least not a conservative. Her reporting and opinions on Fox are usually mainstream left. Why would NPR fire her? Juan Williams has always been a little wimp. I wouldnt want him working for me.

Methinks that the joke is on conservatives who are gloating that ole Juan is on their network. A lib doesn’t get one second of my watching.

Let Media Matters act like the nattering totalitarians they are. Mara Liasson hasn’t done anything she needs to apologize for. Media Matters is in favor of any journalist who does what Media Matters wants them to do. That’s not journalism, it’s censorship.

As for Soros, he’s probably a sociopath. I have seen nothing in his personal history that indicates he cares about anything but Soros. He’s not doing this because of liberal principles, he’s doing it because he likes to manipulate people and things. And I seriously doubt the Left cares two bits about Soros, either, but they’re more than willing to take his money.

Finding NPR is easy - they are on the far left side of the radio dial.

Literally.

Most are down there between 88-92 MHz.

All you need to know is that a lot of these so-called liberals actually have the attitude of little totalitarians. With that knowledge, you can deal with them appropriately.

Methinks that I like to watch liberals get smacked by their own and wake up a little to the fact that they are “Usefulidiots”.

Our side can use the likes of Juan Williams to our benefit.

I was making fun of FOX giving Juan Williams $2 miilion. That saves Soros a good chunk of change.

No way NPR fires Mara-the spotlight on them is too hot right now. Imagine the backlash...

On another note, I see you’re from Austin. I’ve heard good things about Salt Lick-is the BBQ there as good as I hear?

"I could not find NPR on the radio of my life depended on it."

It's usually down the dial in most cities. To the south of 92 on FM and low on the dial on AM. The news shows are left wing tripe, however they actually have good programs on there if you like offbeat stories, interviews with different people, classical music and jazz.

Even though he's an extreme left winger, I like listening to Garrison Keilor and a Prairie Home Companion. To me, he is like the modern day Mark Twain. When he keeps his politics out of it. I remember when Reagan died and he announced it on his show (he died shortly before the start of his show and it was breaking news). He had nice things to say about him and his audience (who is probably made up of a lot of lefties) booed and hissed and he admonished them to have respect for the fallen President.

There are a lot of good BBQ places in our area. I have never eaten at The Salt Lick, but know plenty of people who have and they really liked it. County Line on the Lake is great too.

Rudy's motto is: We serve the worst BBQ in the world.

Believe me, that is truth in advertising. I ate there twice - my first and last at the same sitting.

While NPR White house correspondent Mora was rumored to have born the child of Bubba Clinton in exchange for the job.

There is now no Bubba and no job.

Juan Williams is the token Negro everywhere he has worked and that is lots of places. He is a trivial affirmative action casualty
