It's up to us. ...Bring cameras and audio recorders. Document the fraud.

...Watch your polling places. Volunteer. ...

Check out my latest column at Big Government:

Stealing the Election Pamela Geller, Big Government

Fifteen Missouri counties have more people registered to vote than they have people who are aged eighteen or older. This is egregious, illegal and contemptuous of the rule of law. And it is just the tip of the iceberg.

Voter fraud is rampant. Nevada voting machines are automatically registering votes for Harry Reid, no matter who you vote for. And who are the voting machine technicians? Members of the Service Employees International Union (SEIU), which donated $500,000 to the Patriot Majority PAC, which in turn has spent $1.3 million to destroy Sharron Angle — who is running against Reid.

In Craven County, North Carolina, a man voted the straight Republican ticket, only to see the machine register his votes as if he had voted straight Democrat.

In Chicago, thousands of votes submitted through the new vote-by-mail system may not be counted. In Daytona Beach, Florida, City Commissioner Derrick Henry was arrested last week for absentee ballot fraud during his re-election campaign earlier this year.

Illegal in Colorado, though. Can’t even bring cell phones.

Bring a camera. They’re quite small these days.

Walk out, go to your car away from the polling area and call and report anything suspicious.

Please send this info to your address list.

There are state laws regarding recording/audio devices such as cell phones and cameras in the voting location in some states, maybe all.

No one’s going to notice a cell phone - besides, when we catch dems cheating and intimidating, it'll be worth it - minor civil disobedience compared to what they're doing.

Can’t bring cameras into polling places here in Illinois. Funny thing, this is the FIRST time I’ve ever seen a sign in the polling place that “No Cameras in polling area, and cellphones are to be kept in pockets”. I find this ironic in a way, because like I said before, I’ve never seen that, and this is the year that we really need to document stuff.

On the bright side, I found there were 3 poll watchers, and an even split of D and R judges in our polling place. The watchers were standing over the shoulders of the judges, and watching them check off your name.

A latino woman was denied voting while I was there, because she didn’t have ID, she had a bill of some sort, like a phone bill (guessing here, I couldn’t see what was on it). But, she had no picture ID and no voting card. The D judge was ferverently looking through the roll call sheet, and the judged I guess asked her her name again, and said something like “is it Gonzolez on 2nd Ave?” and the judge behind her whispered in her ear (my wife was across them on the other side of the folding table and couldn’t hear what she said), but then the judge said to the woman, “I’m sorry, I can’t let you vote here”. My wifes take on it was that the judge seemed to be offering her a name and address to pick from, but the judge behind her would have no part of it. Just speculation of course.

The only thing we did photograph, was the union thugs at the entrance to the church parking lot. As you pulled in, they were kind of holding up traffic, not deliberately, but they were shmoozing with the guy 2 cars in front of us through his car window. When we pulled up, we had our windows up, and the guy offered us a Keith Farhnam flier, but we did not roll down our windows, we just drove in and parked.

Once parked, a union guy came over and offered us the same flier again, and said “Glad to see you voting!”, I told him “you too” and walked towards the booth.

I watched them follow people around the parking lot handing out these cut out paintbrushes with Farhhams name on them, and when I got back in the van, a guy was looking at me and I figured, “why not”, so pulled out the phone, and stood by the van taking several shots of them moving through the church parking lot, handing out these fliers. As I was pulling away, I noticed they had all retreated out of the lot, and were now mulling in a group on the sidewalk outside the church, so I’m not sure if they were doing something wrong or not, I just wanted to see the reaction as I snapped their photos.

So, that was our experience this morning. Hope everyone gets out there and does their duty!

Questions:
Why would it be illegal for you to take your firearm to the polling place?
Why would it be illegal to pull it on someone who you find committing a crime, such as voter fraud?
Are you not [likely*] a member of the state militia? {I assume male between 18-45, which is a VERY common definition in state constitutions for the militia.}
And can you not claim that in such a situation you were fulfilling your duty both as a citizen and a member of the militia?

Or, are we restricted and prohibited from actively preventing crimes?

I live in IL. Wasn’t asked for any ID. While I was voting, I heard one of the judges ask a man who came in to vote if he still lived at a certain address. Now I wonder why would he ask that?

Ah, I have a scenario for you then:
In my state there is a law NMSA 30-7-2.4 which prohibits firearms on University Campuses. [ Full text: http://www.conwaygreene.com/nmsu/lpext.dll?f=FifLink&t=document-frame.htm&l=query&iid=6c1804dd.55b72e94.0.0&q=%5BGroup%20%2730-7-2.4%27%5D ]

However, the State Constitution ALSO says the following:
Art 2, Sec. 6. [Right to bear arms.]
No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense,
for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes, but nothing herein
shall be held to permit the carrying of concealed weapons. No municipality or county shall
regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.

Therefore, if I were to take my .45 cal Glock and open carry it on my university campus would I be a lawbreaker?
IOW, is it a crime to disobey an invalid law? If it _is_ then what distinguishes an invalid law from one which a
person has “heard about”? Would violation of a possibly existing law be crime? What about trying to prosecute a
person for violation of the 18th Amendment, which prohibits the sale of alcoholic drink? It was invalidated by
its later repeal, was it not?

Either a law is valid or it is not.
If it is not valid, then the violation of that selfsame law is criminal or it is not.

“No Cameras in polling area, and cellphones are to be kept in pockets”.

How delightfully Orwellian of them!

Who is running these Illinois voting areas?

Josef Stalin?

“I live in IL. Wasn’t asked for any ID”

This was our first year being asked for ID. I had assumed it was a new law or something, but I’m OK with it. Not that it matters with Motor Voter here.

Plus, the judges usually know us, this year, we only knew a couple of the folks working the polling station. We didn’t know any of those with the D badge.

But I am not comforted that you weren’t asked for an ID. It should be law if it is not.
