Don Ayotte, with the backing of a vociferous and determined, stacked house, demanded that a Sussex County Resolution be passed, censoring State Chairman Tom Ross for his actions concerning Christine O'Donnell during the Primary campaign and after. According to the resolution, Tom Ross had said "Christine O'Donnell could not be elected to dog catcher". He also "did not support O'Donnell properly after the Primary", according to the resolution in which O'Donnell upset Mike Castle in the wake of Tea Party support. Vitriol, shouting, and a total break down of order transpired. Ron Sams tried to explain that this action would serve no productive purpose in unifying the party. Maria Evans denied the validity of Ayotte's proposal and held up a tape recorder, saying that she was taping the whole deal, which no doubt will be played on the internet, and on all the local and national TV and radio stations. I called for a point of order--suggesting that only official committee members are allowed to vote on something like this and it requires a quorum of 50 voters. After this Ron Sams brought those Sussex Committee members to the front to count them. Only 31 were present, making any official action not relevant or legal. It didn't matter to the crowd. They wanted blood, they wanted to punish, and they wanted it known that Tom Ross needed to go and this was to be a vote of no confidence. County Councilman Vance Phillips called for a planned vote on the resolution at the next meeting, but Ayotte and company would not hear it. Finally, Ron Sams said, "you want to vote, go ahead. The unruly crowd, in a voice vote, overwhelmingly supported the resolution, with a few squeaky nays in opposition.

Iron Maiden?
I most certainly do know all about this and am, as we type, organizing a new meeting next month.
I was NOT, however, there. But I heard all about it, know all the players.
Ron Sams, head of the Sussex GOP, nice guy, good friend, too timid to stand up to the Wilmington GOP Blue Blood Ruling Class. Maria Evans, can’t stand this woman...a real RINO, father-in-law some former GOP Blue Blood politico, once held a job on local talk radio station, the WORST radio personality ever held a mike. A real RINO.
Don Ayotte, a good buddy of mine....all the rest good friends, follow me on Facebook. Judson Bennett, a RINO, once got a Sussex council woman on the ballot, same woman put up for a vote that Easter recess be change to Spring holiday, roiled the county for weeks.
Vance Phillips, president of Sussex county council, beloved, got O’Donnell on the ballot in 2008, turned to Joan Deaver, the council woman who wanted Easter changed...not that anybody asked....and after the Sussex council turned it down asked her if she had any other precious traditions she wanted to destroy.
Sussex county, paradise on earth, to the right of Atilla the Hun.
I don’t know what’s going to happen with this as I am learning that there was not a quorom last night. Now we’ve had meetings with waaaaaay less than the 31 indicated in the Blog post and we voted on things. On my Facebook I have others verifying this as well.
So now they pull out the quorum card when they never bothered before? This after first trying to convince, that awful Evans woman, that this resolution would do no good, then telling us that the resolution would have to be done via committee, till finally counting for a quorom. Methinks they are lying to us.
I am arranging for another meeting next month. It looks like this action might have been kind of spontaneous but they’re NOT going to win.
We either take over this party or we start a third party.
It’s where we’re at.
The head of the Del GOP said the lawfully elected nominee for Republican run for Senator could not win dog catcher.
And we’re now prevented from acting on this?
YOU JUST WAIT.
Which idiot are you talking about?
FGOTO:
If Christine was such a lousy candidate, why did she beat Castle?
I didn't write the article...
Pat—what you said—AMEN!
LOL!
Good, the grass roots are growing deep. Jettison the local then district, then state leaders of old. It is time to reclaim the party,
Do you remember the interview with Carl Cameron of the Fox News Channel? Tom Ross was in Greenville and pointed across the street to where Christine lived and told the world where to go to stalk her! I am still boiling mad over that!
You can watch that video on this post:

We need to weed people like her out of our party!
Lesson for tea party conservatives—never, ever, ever, EVER vote for establishment “moderates” in either the primary or the general election. Once in power, their biggest concern is making sure that YOU and your issues stay frozen out.
Lesson learned!
Godspeed, FT. If the O’Donnell loss was what it took to reclaim the Party from the RINOs, then it wasn’t all bad.
That is the way it has to be in DE. If the current leadership does not go, there will be a third party. I am thinking the model of The Conservative Party of New York, is needed here. With a force like that in a state like DE. No Republican could ever even hope to win without an endorsement from the third party. If the RNC is listening, they have a chance to stop this now. But they won't.
Here is headline from her blog early this year:
>>>Nancy Willing Will Disavow The Entire Delaware Democratic Party If They Run Chris Coons For Senate <<<
She was 100% for Kaufman being their (and her) candidate - may have changed her registration, but not ideology.
I think chances are good the establishment stranglehold on the DE GOP will come to an end. We have a head of steam and we won’t be stopped!
The Bill Colley show should be good today! http://radio.securenetsystems.net//radio_player_large.cfm?stationCallSign=WGMD
Just the first shot, folks. Just the first shot.
“Was it over when the germans bombed Pearl Harbor?”
Ross - dead, Castle - dead, RINOs - DEAD.
This is going to get repeated at every GOP meeting.
