Hmm, so let’s apply this to Germany. New female ruler with new attitude toward islam? Check - Merkel. Barbarian empire of decay? Sounds like the EU, which appears to be starting to splinter. I can see Merkel pulling Germany out if the Germans keep having to bail out failed states. Bonus: Moon completing its cycle could mean 30 days, which in prophesy often means 30 years. The EU was really solidified in 1993. The take-away: Merkel is going to pull Germany out of the EU before 2023. Well, if the world doesn’t end in Dec 2012.
