The fact that Albany park is home to influential Chicago Democrats and has a severe garbage problem should surprise no one. O’Connor only has a small portion—Dick Mell is THE alderman for Albany Park.
Tendentious article.
I’ve noticed certain areas throughout the country that are “diverse” have huge garbage problems. Though the two worst garbage problems on a large scale are on the road between Shreveport, LA and Texarcana begininning exactly at the Arkansas border. Then along the railline between Arizona, and Sinaloa Mexico. Of course every rural town in central america, as well large cities in africa might as well be landfills.
