Eyeblast TV / The Blast ( Media Research Center) ^ | 12/1/2010 | Joe Schoffstall

Posted on 12/01/2010 11:47:34 AM PST by blog.Eyeblast.tv

While appearing on Fox and Friends, White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs said they aren’t scared of Wikileaks because it’s “only one guy with one website” and that our foreign policy is stronger than that. “Let’s not be scared of one guy with a laptop”, Gibbs added.

It's pretty pathetic when the President of the United States gets punked by “one guy with one web site” and can't do a damn thing about it despite the fact that he has been warned about the situation for almost a year.

Christ was just one man, as was Mohammed.

To hit both ends of the spectrum.

You are correct.

Look at the massive changes that Matt Drudge cause with his lap top and web site.

All our fearless imperious leader and his minions had to do was to ask Bill Clinton how much damage a man with a lap top and web site can do. The dying MSM could provide a similar response.

But then, the world didn't exist prior to Obama’s birth and will cease to exist upon his departure - just ask them.

And Sarah Palin is just one dumb, harmless bimbo from some hick town in Alaska. The Obama political team wouldn't even give her a second thought. </sarc>

One guy with a laptop could do plenty. Just how unfathomably stupid can these people be?

JUST ONE GUY WITH A CELL PHONE (DETONATOR)

JUST ONE GUY WITH A HANDGUN!

JUST ONE GUY WITH A KNIFE!

.....there is no trend here!

To me it’s like the Black Knight in the Monty Python skit. Publicly pretend it’s meaningless while scrambling around behind the scenes doing damage control.

Machiavelli was just one guy with a pen. Musashi was just one guy with a sword.

This thread is beginning to deliver a consistant message. That being one guy with one anything produces bigger things than any donut eating group-think committee.

IMO NY Times, Wikileaks et al are just the conduit for illegal behavior. If we cry out for “protection” we will end up with the internet police. A bad thing. Now as for those people that provided classified info to the Slimes and Wikileaks, they are the real culprits here and should be given a hot meal, a blind fold and a cigarette.

Gee I bet the White House would have a real different attitude if Wikileaks was spreading copies of Obama’s real birth certificate, school records etc.

Yep, and the only people who aren't afraid of the vicious sounding dog are the owners.

But Beltway Bob sez all is well, so we should bleeeve him....(/sarc)

I think they are trying to gin up support for government being able to control internet content, otherwise, someone would have been planting viruses or doing wet work by now.

I wonder if they have the birth certificate?

Wikileaks is a lot more than "only one guy". Assange is just the mouthpiece, and there are many other volunteers contributing time and money to keep that "one website" (and many mirror sites) running.

Follow the money... looks like somethng Soros would like to fund.
