Let's give Kathleen Parker credit for not badgering rock star Gene Simmons with, "Yeah, but aren't I as awesome and chic and cute as Sarah Palin is stupid?" Such restraint on the part of someone so "unqualified" to co-host a television show next to a guy smarter than she is, who runs circles around her, is admirable. Parker's sucking up to the left under the mistaken belief they wouldn't smell weakness and abuse it for every partisan advantage is a "naive" mistake Sarah Palin never made - you know, the Sarah Palin with the successful TV show and bright future

I just ran across Simmons on his cable show. He was touring the house Ann Frank lived in and is now speaking about his mother and her time in a NAZI concentration camp. His mother’s mother and her mother died in the camps.

I like simmons, but anyone not seeing the reality of what bama was in 08 is troubling to say the least.
I like him too. He hates tatoos which is a plus in my book. He loves the troops and supports them. He should have been more thoughtful about his vote.

I thought Gene Simmons was smarter than to ever vote for Obama. He believes in the capitalist system while Obama thinks that there is nothing more evil than making money by giving people jobs. I guess I was wrong.

Simmons lives to make money via business opportunities. He’s certainly backing the wrong political party for that reason alone.

Simmons wrote a book called “Sex,Money,KISS” Which are his priorities in life (in order). I can’t fault the man for his honesty. He’s entirely self made, working menial jobs for long hours whenever he could. He was even a “Kelly Girl” in the 60’s, because he was an excellent typist. I LOL’d thinking about some business hiring a steno temp, and Gene Simmons shows up.
Anyone who wasn’t able to see through Bozo by election time should do us all a favor and never vote again.
She’s a syndicated newspaper columnist, been around for decades; masqueraded as a conservative during the Clinton years, then quickly became a lib six or seven years ago.
I don’t think Gene is a bad guy. He, like millions of others though, was just blind to reality in 2008. Those of us who bothered to check the 0bama record could see what he had done in the past and would not be hoodwinked. Any so-called conservatives/libertarians or “moderates” who voted for 0bama out of guilt or because he was cool have done terrible damage to this country.
