If a woman agrees to have sex with you, "only if you wear a condom" and you proceed to have said sex without a condom, how exactly is that not "sexual intercourse without consent"?
Sounds like "rape" to me.
Or do you believe that once a woman says "yes" that "anything goes" regardless of any preconditions she may have stated?
If she said yes and then in the middle said stop and he continued he would be charged with "rape" regardless of the fact that she initially consented.
So explain to me how "having intercourse with a woman" without a condom AFTER she had expressed her desire that he use a condom is NOT having sex with her against her will?

The mere thought of hearing Arianna's screechy speech causes a painful and foreboding convulsion to travel along my leg -- a chilling "tingle" (pace Chris Matthews) of dread.
In fact, she sounds so bad that I think I could never journey to Greece, for fear of hearing similar voices at every turn!
