Discovery was denied because Obama’s eligibility is irrelevant to the legality of Lakin’s order to deploy.

anyone born with foreign citizenship and thus foreign alligience owed (regardless of place of birth) is eligibile to be the Commander in Chief of the armed forces.
Obama’s eligibility is DIRECTLY related to LTC Lakin’s orders. ALL orders of the military end with the commander-in-chief at the top of the chain of command—period! If Obama is an illegal president, all orders are illegal, not to mention all acts of Congress, all executive orders and other things signed by Obama since January 20, 2009.

Col. Lakin’s “lawyer’s” statements that Col. Lakin was “guilty as charged;” “Judge Lind was correct in all her rulings;” and that Col Lakin “would certainly be convicted” were appallingly incompetent and unethical statement. I hope that Col Lakin hires a competent lawyer for his appeal.
So every single order given by every officer and NCO in all branches of the military have been illegal since noon on January 20, 2009? Even orders given by Lakin himself?
Our future is absolutely dependent on following our laws and BS is deliberately breaking and ignoring them by disregarding and withholding evidence. This must be cleared up if we are to survive and two years from now is too late.
Save your breath, they don’t understand that these are two different issues and will not listen to anyone who tries to explain the duties of a soldier under UCMJ vs. civilian law.
Lakin should forget about appeals and get used to hard labor.

Prayer certainly, he needs it with the “lawyer” Puckett that he has “defending” him, but I wouldn’t even consider donating to a “defense” fund that hires a “lawyer” who says, that Col. Lakin was “guilty as charged;” “Judge Lind was correct in all her rulings;” and that Col Lakin “would certainly be convicted.”
What is the purpose of a “defense” fund when his “lawyer” Puckett has already pronounced him guilty?
