Lo golpearía
Progressives can’t have to much cultural Marxism.
Ping!
This is not an anchor baby. An anchor baby is what illegal aliens have in order to cement their ability to stay here and not be deported...due to the little bambino being an American citizen
Cruz and her husband are in no danger of being deported they have work visas and legal US residency
This is still an abuse of our outdated birthright laws from the 14th Amendment. This is called birth tourism and Asians have been doing this for years. Not that I like any of this
Just don’t flip a coin with the expectant father.
however the immigration reform law of 1996 did away with the anchor babies. Custody follows the PARENTS not the other way around.
When the illegal alien parents are deported, the citizen child goes with the parents and is permitted to come back at the age of 18. If they never return and they never live in the USA for at least 10 years, then their children do NOT automatically get us citizenship.
This is a garbage story typical of the leftists behind the scenes producing FNC.
Javier and Penelope are both Spanish, not Hispanic, and are a million miles away from the “indigenous” and “semi-indigenous” who invade us from the South. Seems a lot of Americans don’t know the difference between Spanish and Hispanic
I am Spanish. That is, descended from Spaniards. No indigenous in my woodpile. So you don’t need to explain that to me, thanks. And I don’t care if these people are from Mars. I object to the idea of birthright citizenship and dual nationality and being suckered by the rest of the world. Pick your country and be loyal to it.
I agree completely. The main groups using birthright tourism are Koreans, other Asians, and rich Mexicans and Latin Americans. I read about it years ago and it was about Koreans who wanted to get their children into American universities and with in state tuition breaks. So they have the baby here. Go home, and the Korean-American kid is sent here in his teens to establish residency and line up an American university
“... establish residency and line up an American university” and apply for his parents to immigrate under family reunification. Then, when they get here, they can bring the grandparents and enroll them in SSI.
The ultimate score (as you say) is bringing in their elderly parents (grandparents) who have never worked a day in America but get to glom onto SSDI and free medical and subsidized housing. Though often the grandparent is living in the household and the SSDI check goes into the kitty for all to share. Chinese and Asians have been parlaying this scam for decades
Go the ChinaTown in Manhattan someday for some good food. Walk around and you will see a bloc of tall apartment towers full of elderly Chinese in Federally subsidized housing. Half of them have no work history in the US
Hayek's not a citizen either... She was born to rich parents in messyco.
I still think she's way over rated as a beauty and actress.
Rich Lebanese parents, I think. Or maybe she’s a 1/2er.
