Napolitano cannot even protect our border from the tidal wave of people illegally coming over, but now these clowns are going to "PROTECT" us from the environment? Does Climate Gate ring a bell to her that the entire movement is a fraud?

Just when I think this administration can’t possibly do another stupid thing, I am proven wrong. You can’t make this stuff up. Homeland Security is suppose to protect us from terrorism and other crimes against the nation. I guess agents will be stopping by to make sure that my furniture is dusted and there isn’t a piece of bubble gum wrapper in my yard. Geez.

Well, since Big Sis has the border more secure than it’s ever been, and she’s ended the threat of the terrorism, I guess she might as well begin addressing this non-existent problem.

The only thing that Napolitano should even be concerned with in on the topic of climate change is whether to issue short sleeve or long sleeve shirts to her storm troopers.

For God’s sake. Help us (AZ) instead of a discredited theory. These guys need a good course in setting priorities.

The attitude of the staff is a reflection of the attitude of their management. Pity some of the staff who follow the management.

Top down this administration is a a whole gang of tree hugging, insane, dim bulbs.

A guy we work with at an agency was telling us what they were “having” to do nowadays. Guess it is probably easy for me to say but I told him I felt sorry for him and that I thought he had a pitiful sorry job. I would quit and shovel crap before I would put up with and participate in some of the things federal agencies are doing now.

This just goes to show we better be careful what we wish for in the future. Especially when it comes to giving the federal government more power. I remember when the government said it was going to create a department of homeland security. Most people, including this bord, were for it. Now we see what happens once these bureaucracies are created. This is just like the income tax from it’s original inception to what it is today. Now the Department of Homeland Security mission is being expanded to push the environmental fraud movement. What are we becoming? Do you believe this is what the founding fathers envisioned?

Howe long before the Department of Homeland Security starts arresting “Deniers” for expressing their first amendment rights. Then sending them to these FEMA camps all in the name of security?

Put two and two together folks... I think you can see what slowly and incrementally happening. All based on a fraud.

Yeah and Obama is going to give it to her too.

The Midterm elections meant NOTHING to these people.

“... mission is being expanded...”

You are very correct. The government not only wants more control through new agencies but then wants to expand those agencies. An expansion in what they do means more money going their way and more power. Limited government means limited control over the people (IMHO).

Oh my God.

The dead squirrel in front of my house is smarter than this woman.

Thank god this crap is coming to an end in Jan. I want to see this fat slug defend this crap in hearings. She should go to jail for this.

This government is in the jaws of the PC junkyard crusher. Slowly turning, mangling and consuming anything of value. They will reduce this country to its raw materials, only there won't be anyone with any wherewithall to turn them into something of value again.

We murder the unborn, brainwash the young and dependently enslave the rest. We have become slow death.

I'd like to think that Homeland Security could be doing more important things: keeping Obama's terrorist friends out of our country, protecting our borders, and otherwise defending the country. But given Big Sis's preferences, we're probably better off with her looking for joggers who exhale too much CO2. If not, she'll most likely put even more of her team to work on our grandparents.

Good grief is she worried the terrorists aren't bringing antiperspirant with them when they pour across our borders?
