For those truly last-minute Christmas gift givers, Amazon.com is highlighting their gift cards as a gift with same-day Christmas delivery.
They've got Kindle books you can send to anyone with an email address -- and who doesn't have an email address these days?
And Amazon is pretty innovative in the ways they allow folks to send their same-day Christmas gifts, either via e-mail or by a Facebook friend wall post.

LOL! Some folks just don’t belong in business :-)
“23 minutes in hell” (a rescue or escape from one of the 9/11 infernos?)
Well it might take someone’s mind off the blisteringly cold weather!
`23 Minutes in Hell’? That’s a thoughtful gift. And that reminds me, did you know Charlie Sheen is dead? Jet ski accident with the former president of Peru. Really tragic.
wow. I guess it could have been something worse.
Just post the #($#$& graphic here and be done with it, dude.
Thank you.
'23 minutes in hell' must be about waiting for all the Examiner's pop ups, ad ons and flash graphics to load. They've got some good content but I've learned not to click on them unless I need to go mow the lawn or grout the tub.
I guess they do mean the theological hell.
Amazon sells 7.5 million titles and we are focusing on one book.
How’d they pick THIS one. Christian best seller? Check. Available on Kindle? Check. Ok, release the ad!
Couldn't even read it - just too much work. After the first ad invades a page, I'm already in the process of closing the whole thing out. You'd think folks who make those sites would learn.
Its their website and they can put whatever they want.
If you dont like it dont purchase from them anymore.
Do you smell a blog-pimp? This post would have been fine with a link straight to Amazon, or the graphic. Instead, it's a link to the Examiner blog.
And it's not posted in the Bloggers section, it's posted in News, though it's not news.
I wonder what humblegunner is doing this time of night? :)
I don’t know who to blame for this one. Amazon very rarely crams its foot this far down their throat. I smell possible sabotage.
My computer speakers were making clicking, popping, and bullurp sounds while trying to download that page. What a mess. Excuse me while I clear out the thousands of cookies just downloaded.
Who’d want to pimp such an atrocious blog?
When did that happen? Did a quick search, nothing.
Look buddy I’m not a blog pimp. Do your research on my postings. I have no affiliation with that website or the book. I have ad blockers on my computer so I was not aware of the popup ads on the website. I apologize for giving you the link. It is your problem if you presume a nefarious motivation on my part.
