Netanyahu: Obama Admin. Halted Building Freeze
CBN ^

Posted on 01/04/2011 12:32:40 PM PST by Amerisrael

In this CBN video, as usual, Hillary Clinton gets it wrong,--Lance Lambert gets it right.

A brief excerpt:

" Rabbi Eliezer Waldman told CBN News that this dispute dates back to God's covenant with Israel."

"It's not the settlements that are a stumbling block," Waldman explained. "It's the establishment of the settlement of a Jewish state in the Middle East that's a stumbling block in the eyes of the nations of the world."

So as the world pushes Israel to give up its biblical heartland for peace, many Christians see a totally different result.

"If you ask me what was the outlook, it is absolutely clear to me that the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union, the Quartet, the United Nations are bent on this division of the Promised land," Lambert said,

"which means that God will judge and judge and judge."

If Israel wants to get off the public teat of American taxpayers, it will be perfectly free to build settlements wherever it wants.

Yeah, right. It doesn’t matter what Israel does, the Arabists at Foggy Bottom (and folks like you) would still butt their noses in where it does not belong.

In other words, you want to steal the hard-earned money of American taxpayers and give a blank check to the Israelis.

Truly patriotic Americans have no problem supporting our most important allies like Israel.

We understand that Israel stands on the frontline against the global jihad.

The Islamist demand for a Muslim state in the heart of Israel, the Islamist demand for a Muslim state in the Phillipines, the Islamist demand for a Muslim state in Serbia’s Kosovo, —they are not unrelated regional conflicts.

Its all part of Islam’s quest for global domination.

And besides, it’s Israel’s land anyway!

No, I just know the difference between foreign aid handouts and Defense Department credits. Plus, I happen to think that Israel does a better job representing our American interests than the ninnies in the State Department. Lastly, I actually like Jewish people. Can’t say the same for Israel-haters...

Credits? LOL. That's the line that Bibi gives you eh? BT Barnum ain't got nothing on him.

This nonsense about "credits" reminds me of Strom Thurmonds claim that tobacco subsidies were not really "hand-outs" at all but "loans!" If these are so unimportant, btw, why doesn't Israel tell the U.S. to pound sand and build the settlements? I think we know the answer. Contrary to what the Israelis tell their clueless American supporters, they know, in fact, that these "credits" are welfare.

How's this for a deal? Let's cut off all aid....including err um..."credits"... to both the Arabs and the Israelis and the Israelis can use eminent domain against Arabs to their heart's content (albeit on their own dime). Can we shake on that one partner>?

Hey, if you want to give your money patriotically and voluntarily to support Israel, that’s your right. All I ask that you keep your fingers out of my wallet, deal?

BTW, that smear technique is wearing thin....just like Al Sharpton's race-baiting is wearing thin. Let me remind you of a stubborn fact. Polls have repeatedly shown that the "Jewish people" in this country (much to the lament of many Bibi fans) overwhelmingly OPPOSE Bibi on the settlements and other issues. By your smear standard, I suppose that means that I "like Jewish people" more than you do.

"Israel should pay their own way"... Speaking of smears wearing thin... otherwise I would never respond to you on these threads.

Here is the deal, you stop whining about Jews and I will stop saying you do not have anti-Semitic inclinations.

More sickening smear tactics from the Al Sharpton playbook. I didn't say anything of the sort and you know it. That's why you failed to provide a single quotation to back up your irresponsible charge. The only thing I pointed out is that the vast majority of American Jews agree more with me than you on Bibi. How does that constitute "whining?"
