Betcha Sheriff Buttnik didn’t like the Rep’s view on Border enforcement!
As someone who organized such events in the past, I can tell you it’s up to the pol and his/her event organizers to arrange for security, private or public law enforcement. I’ve read that Rep. Giffords didn’t want a law enforcement presence. Many members of Congress don’t want to pay for their own security details, but law enforcement in most jurisdictions will provide it for such events if asked.
The purpose of the MSM spin is to put down political dissent. Criticize Obama’s policies and you’re an extension of Lared Lee Loughner, they imply. Nevermind that Loughner was a mental case who was not all that political and had views that veered mostly to the far left.
It’s something about the cache on the computer - I still see the same one too, but somehow in a couple of hours, it updates itself from Photobucket. But it is corrected on Photobucket.

IMO the Sheriff went on the offense to blame talk radio,Sharon Angle, the Tea Party, etc. to deflect from his own record of not protecting Tucson residents from this deranged individual who had threatened many people before America ever heard the name of Sarah Palin!
If Loughner had been charged, identified as a danger and given mental health treatment in a hospital, he might not have been able to buy a gun.
Yes, the Dems & their cohorts in MSM has been waiting for an opportunity to destroy the Tea Party movement and shut down talk radio....they saw this tragedy as an opportunity.
