CBS News allowed the following comment to be published on its website, following an article about Obama’s visit to Arizona yesterday:

... Who were the doctor(s) and nurse(s) at Kapi`Olani that delivered Barack? My ex-wife worked at the hospital and I understand the records at Kapi’Olani are impeccable. Where are the foot prints? What public records exist that can even demonstrate that Mrs. Obama was even at Kapi’Olani on the day of Barack’s birth? Talk at Kapi`Olani, would have been unabashed, the city of Honolulu at the time very racist towards black people.

Obama had nothing to do with Lakin going to prison.

Well future zot, he could have shown a court of law a true long form birth certificate which would have been likely sufficient for LTC Lakin to drop his concerns and would have went on to deploy to Afghanistan. That's right, Lakin would have taken a jus soli birth in the United States as sufficient for him to go on with his career.

But Nooooooo, Obama didn't care a lick future zot to do even that.

He could have walked into the courtroom with his BC taped to his forehead and Lakin would still have been found guilty.

The reason Lakin is sitting in prison right now is because he listened to terrible legal advice from his original birther lawyer and then acting upon that stupid advice instead of listening to his Medal of Honor winning commanding officer.

It was recently found out over #300 billion of the money went to bail out foreign banks through AIG. So we have indirectly bailed out foreign banks when initially the issue was for the US banks to get the toxic assets (derivatives, mortgage backed securities) secured. Once again, bait and switch. As George Soros said, the financial crisis has been profitable for him.

Perhaps CBS News doesn’t want to be the last one to report on this, and are in the know that one of those law suits is in the courts now and this whole thing will be exposed.

Why did Lakin throw his original birther lawyer and birthers under the bus at his trial? Just because you don't like the answers to your questions from your superiors and congressman does not give the right to disobey lawful orders. When the ship sails, you better be on it if ordered to do so.

Once Lakin disobeyed the lawful orders, he was toast. If Lakin had listened to his commanding officer or the JAG officer he talked to, he would be finishing his tour in Afganistan and not in prison. I don't know if his lawyer told him “don't go to Afganistan” but is obvious that his lawyer and other birthers encouraged him to disobey his lawful orders.

I suspect that Soros and his communist-Islamist buddies made the run on the bank specifically to neuter McCain’s new hope that he got from choosing Palin as his VP. If you look at the poll data from around that time it’s actually stunning how McCain started going up and Obama down when Palin was announced. The polling was even for a while (1-2 weeks?) and then shortly after the run on the bank Obama rose and McCain went down and that’s the way the race finished out. The run on the bank had a dramatic effect.

It has the marks of Soros all over it. Rush’s take on the whole thing for a while was that the dems had been doing all along what it would take to create financial worries so that people would vote dem but that the run on the bank was a surprise to them, resulting in things much worse than they ever intended them to be. Sometime later on, Rush thought that Soros had made the run on the bank. I’m not sure when he switched his focus; both realities could be true.

I think Soros realized when Congress didn’t automatically buy into the need for TARP and with Palin being a wild card straight-shooter, that he was going to have to do something more to make Obama a sure bet.

By October the Soros machine was confident enough that Obama was a sure bet - in spite of the eligibility lawsuits - that they were willing to threaten media heads (even Fox)with FCC annihilation after the election if anybody reported on the eligibility issue. If any of those media heads had gone public with the story of the threats they could have ended Obama’s hopes for the presidency; Soros had to have been mighty sure that he had something over those execs’ heads to keep them from talking before the election.

I think he was sure of the media bowing to his will because he had already tried it on Bush and McCain. He had told Bush and McCain that he had orchestrated the run on the bank and would do that or worse again - sending the US and western economy into collapse - if Bush didn’t push the TARP thing and McCain didn’t roll over and die - and shut up his VP.

So Bush immediately gave a speech to America saying that the western world as we know it would end if TARP wasn’t passed. Something he had apparently never worried about in those 8 days before his speech, when he left the debate to Congress, but something suddenly lit a fire under him.

The same day as GW had a fire lit under him, McCain decided to suspend his campaign and go to DC to try to fix the economy - while Obama kept campaigning, didn’t worry a bit about the economy or offer any solutions, and still ended up riding into the White House on the coattails of the bank run. McCain also wanted the debate to be postponed even though all the political advisors at the time were saying that would be suicidal, since McCain was trailing in the polls then and needed a good debate performance to have any hope.

So a week after the run on the bank, GW, McCain, and conservative Congress-critters were all still standing strong and letting the debate happen. Then all of a sudden, on Sept 24th, somebody lit a fire under both McCain and GW and GW started saying the end was near and McCain started acting politically suicidal.

Then later, between Oct 14-27th both Judge Surrick and Fox News made sudden turnarounds to favor Obama as well. We know the Fox turnaround was because of threats of FCC annihilation if they reported on the eligibility issue. But that would only be effective if it was absolutely given that Obama would be elected, OR if there was some reason for Fox not to just turn around and report the threats to law enforcement and/or the public and thus put Obama and/or Soros in jail. I think the way Soros got the media companies including Fox to stay quiet was the same way he lit a fire under GW and McCain - by telling them that if they didn’t do what he wanted he would collapse the entire western economy. GW and McCain had recognized that it was no vain threat so Soros believed that Fox would respond the same way. And they did.

So did Judge Surrick, whose actual decision appears to have been faxed to him from somebody else. But he allowed that, after initially seeming to take the issue seriously.

And so did Judge Roberts and the other SCOTUS justices, Judge David Carter, etc. - most of whom did some kind of ethics breach or anomaly as their way of protesting what they were doing under duress.

So did Dick Cheney, who (I believe) deliberately refused to ask for objections to the electoral count as required by statute, in order to make Obama’s presidency technically unlawful, leaving an opening for a lawsuit if SCOTUS would ever be free to actually rule on the eligibility issue without Soros collapsing the economy in retaliation.

We’ve all wondered how Reid and Pelosi were able to get so many dems to fall on their swords as if they didn’t have to fear the voters. I believe they may have thought that Soros would never let them get defeated, that Pelosi and Reid assured them that Soros would cover for them, either by electoral fraud, by lots of campaign money, or by triggering the economic collapse which would stop elections from even happening. But the huge downturn in Obama’s popularity and the strength of the Tea Party convinced Soros that the time wasn’t right for economic collapse yet and neither money nor fraud was going to be able to buy the election with the poll numbers as they were.

And even looking at the scorched-earth session (AKA lame duck), there was no reason the R’s couldn’t hold off on the crap until after the new Congress was in place. Something was pushing them. Obama had something on them, to get those kinds of concessions when all the R’s had to do was stall.

Anyway, I’ve posted elsewhere about this. There are a lot of reasons I think this may well be what happened. We all know there’s something that doesn’t pass the smell test - especially the issue of why the conservative justices have shafted justice so bad in all this, and for so long. I’m sure there are multiple reasons, but it seems to me that with the strange behavior from GW, Cheney, McCain, the conservative SCOTUS justices, Judge Carter, etc, the brazen boldness of Soros in threatening the media heads when they could have landed him in jail just by reporting the threats.... it seems to me that there’s some big piece in the puzzle that makes it all fit.

And this piece makes it all fit, as far as I can tell. I obviously can’t prove this and I’m still mulling it all over in my mind, but nothing makes sense without it and everything makes sense with it.

Your passport application asks where you intend on traveling , it is not a record of where you traveled. I have had passports for forty years and have been to 3 dozen countries and the State Dept. does not have a record of any of my travels. The reason Lakin is sitting in prison is because a military judge ruled that the lawfulness of combat orders has nothing to do with whether there was a valid authorization for the use of force by the Commander in Chief.

Using that logic, any brigade commander in the military could lawfully order their troops to invade North Korea - regardless of whether anybody above him authorized it as required by statutes regulating the military as well as Congress’ Authorization for the Use of Force.

It’s a travesty.

The retired military superiors urged Lakin not to press the Constitutional issue because the judge is rotten to the core - or compromised by command influence (e.g. Obama told her how she had to rule) - and would set dangerous precedents if pressed.

Seems to me that saying a brigade commander can single-handedly and lawfully order combat in North Korea without authorization from the CINC is a pretty dangerous precedent as it is.
