The new dates for debate on Obamacare repeal were announced on January 14, 2011 by House Majority Leader Eric Cantor. It was supposed to take place earlier in the January but rescheduled following the shooting of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, Arizona Democrat, at a constituent event in Tucson.
