Any minute now Gov. Abercrombie is going to end all this silliness by making public the appropriate records.

Right?

No.

Abercrombie is trying to keep this issue alive because it helps to make Conservatives look stupid.

I will not be the slightest bit surprised if Abercrombie does make the long form public. Probably in electronic form.

Then the birthers will pile on it and pick it apart with their ridiculous conspiracy theories and Abercrombie will just chuckle to the media about how those conservative just cannot accept the truth.

Doubt it. We may get an elaborating statement like...”because Obama’s original long-form birth certificate had been destroyed by the Hawaii DOH in the conversion to electronic files.”

http://www.wnd.com/?pageId=105347

“The statement to WND by Janice Okubo, public information officer for state’s health department, contradicted CNN U.S. President Jon Klein, who ordered host Lou Dobbs to quit discussing Obama’s birth certificate on the air. Klein insisted the issue was “dead” because Obama’s original long-form birth certificate had been destroyed by the Hawaii DOH in the conversion to electronic files. “
